Armando is very professional in every way! He called ahead of time to advise me of approximate arrival time. He gave me three options to choose from and explained each very carefully. I felt comfortable asking questions, he repeated the information patiently and respectfully, with out being a male chavanist. In the past I have encountered this type of men, therefore, I didn't give them my business. The garage springs were replaced, and since I had an old garage motor and not up to code, Sean and Armando suggested to be replaced. I'm pleased I did! And I didn't have to put a new door! I have a quiet, smooth and safe garage door in my condo complex compared to a few new installed garage doors, and just as Sean and Armando had explained it would be. Talked to alive person to make the appointment. Technicians were on time and had called about 30 minutes before arriving to say they were on the way. The Technicians introduced themselves and went straight to work. I've used Precision for years and trust them implicitly. They diagnosed the problem and made recommendations intended to meet my needs. The replaced two 20 something year old Door Openers and demonstrated their functionality. They even helped input the Pass Code to our external key pad and then paired our car's control panel to open the two doors from inside the cars. They were neat and efficient. Got a call about half an hour later from a really wonderful guy who set up an appt. with Armando for the next day--which was New Year's Eve, BTW. Armando called ahead and showed up on time. My garage door wouldn't close with the remote. When your tech arrived, he was able to close it with the remote with no problem. He stated that it might be that the sun was shining on the sensor near the ground earlier, and when that happens, it often won't work. We'll keep that in mind in the future!

I phoned Precision on Friday and they sent a technician, Armando, out on Saturday. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the eight year old sensors. Armando also phoned twice to inform us of his timeline and was very pleasant to converse with. This process wasn’t inexpensive, but I went cheap the first time with another company. The appointment was scheduled from 2pm to 6 pm. The tech said he should be there around 5. About 630 pm he called and said he would be there around 730. I don’t think this is professional. I wasted a day waiting, I don’t think I will be working with your company for my three doors I wanted to buy.
