He fixed the broken issue and also changed the rollers on my garage door. Awesome job and professionalism. Thank you Ross, great job. Precision is fabulous. I called in a panic on a Saturday and they sent Eric, an expert technician, on Sunday. He arrived on time (actually, a bit earlier than promised) and fixed the problem quickly and correctly the first time. We couldn't be happier!

Colt responded to my rental property. Tenant reported a malfunction with garage door. Door was operating fine when Colt inspected it. Colt called me and thoroughly explained everything. I was not charge for the service call. I was very impressed with the service & that I was not charged. I will definitely use this service in the future.

Both my remotes and keypad for my garage door opener suddenly started acting up - sporadically not opening or not closing the garage door. I thought they were the problem. I'm a handy guy and a computer geek at that, so after much troubleshooting on my own which included calls to the manufacturer and ordering new remotes (which also didn't work), I called Precision. After even more troubleshooting with Eric P., it was determined that the logic board in the door opener was faulty. Sadly, I was going to have to replace the garage door opener. Happily, however, Eric was able to do just that (surprise) and now I have a quieter opener than my previous one and one that's more powerful as well. Plus, the keypad and remotes all work great, I have WiFi access too, and both our cars can open the garage door! (Oh, did I mention that that was sporadically a problem too?). Eric was great, explained everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Lifetime warranty on the product (Liftmaster 8550WLB). Very satisfied. I'd call them again, though I hope I don't have to.
