I cannot say enough nice things about my installers and experience with Precision Door Service. Excellent product, quality workmanship. Polite. Even clean up after completion. I am sold and will recommend anyone that is looking to replace their garage door. Oh, not to mention, life time warranty. Yes, if door was scratch, they will come to touch it up.

I had Victor with Precision install a new garage door opener and I couldn't be happier. I always ask for Victor because he's serviced my garage door opener for several years now and he always does a great job. If I have any questions or concerns he always takes the time to listen, answers my questions and calms my nerves. I've been using Precision Door for over eight years and wouldn't think of using any other company.

We love our garage door. But, we ordered door from brochure. Next day, when we were on our walk, we checked out neighbor's door. We decided to change design. I called next day. I signed the docusign with new order. Unfortunely, tech brought wrong door. I didn't want a discount on the incorrect door, I didn't want to settle. So we had a garage with covered with blue tarp for another 5 days. When the right wrong came, it went in fast. Javier was very professional, friendly, efficient. We enjoyed him a lot. So after I signed the docusign, someone screwed up the order. Inconvenience of another day wasted. If there's a change in order, it needs to be flagged!!

Precision was extremely easy to work with on my garage door issue. I live 125 miles from Sherman Oaks where my condo is. A hinge and roller carrier failed Friday. I found Precision online and called. They immediately set up a tentative repair time for Saturday morning. They phoned my tenant ahead, arrived, changed out all the rollers, saving future calls on more failures and tuned up the whole system and were gone in barely an hour and the door works better than ever and is now very quite. All that with a single phone call be me to the right company. Thank you Precision.

Russ and Rudy were prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous. They took our request and helped us make decisions regarding our garage door. A week later Jaysen and Juan installed the door. The same can be said for them as for Russ and Rudy. They explained different locking mechanisms to us and helped us make that decision. They also explained how the door works to us and our tenants. This is my second time using Precision; the first time, about 4 months ago, I used their service because they were the only ones I called who could show up that same day. I was pleased with their service then, so I called them again when something else went wrong with the door opener. The technician came just when he said he would, calling beforehand. He analyzed the problemS--there was more than one--& was able to install the new, larger springs right away to make the door once again easy for me to raise manually if I had to. I was happy!

Very Satisfied - I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning because my 24 year old Garage door broke that morning, locking my car inside! They showed up within 1.5 hours, and got the broken door open, allowing me to remove my car. Because of their professionalism, knowledge, and help, I bought their top-of-the-line new garage door, and it will be installed within 10-14 days. Based on my first interaction with Precision, I'll happily give them 5 Stars.......Thanks !

Trevor explained everything to me. Never tried to over sell me anything. He did a Super Great Job. I call 4 different 24 - 7 repair places and Precision was the only place that had a real person answer. All the others had no answer or leave a message, still have not heard back. Plus Precision sent a email with pictures of the tech persons. Can't say enough good things. PS. They came on a Sunday.
