Garage door repair - Genie trolly replaced. I thought it was quite costly for such a simple part and changeout. The mandatory service charge did not necessary at $49.95. Brian R. was on time, courteous, and very efficient. Identified problems and quickly fixed them.Programmed my wife's car opener. Gave me advice on how to soften noise on door and lube rollers when needed. Saw ad in Local saver magazine and checked company on internet. Completely satisfied with service including quality of telephone service at the Pomona office. I forgot to give Brian my coupon so the fault is mine. Howver, if there is any way to adjust my bill I would appreciate. If not I will still recommend your company.
