I requested an appointment to give me an estimate on replacing a 1" crack in 1 of my panels. I get 2 quotes to replace the entire door which is not what I requested, Shocking. The excuse for not giving a price on the panel is that they could not identify the maker of the existing door. Its pretty standard so they are in the wrong business if you cannot identify a standard panel.

Pricing is way to high even though I have taken into account the high inflation costs of everything in our current time. I got same exact quote for doors and new opening system with someone else and saved $3900.

To be clear, we are very pleased with the service and work done by Armando B, Senior Service Technician and Precision Door Service. Armando call twice before he arrived, keeping on his schedule. Once arrived, he was very polite and professional. He explained in great detail the work that was going to be done. Once we agreed on the project, he went straight to work and completed his task within 90 minutes. Cleaned his work area, completely lubed and service my door, beyond what needed repairing. Everything was up front, open and honest. I previously dealt with a fly-by-night company and it was a pleasure and refreshing to deal with a professional. I would recommend this company highly and especially recommend Armando B to be your service technician. Great Job, we are thankful and pleased.

My garage door spring broke and I called a couple of places for estimates. I decided to go with Precision Door to have my garage door replace. Armando came down and gave me an estimate which included 3 options with recommendations and explanations about the options . I was impressed with Armandos professionalism and knowledge. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had. The above reasons was why I decided to have him fix my garage. He replaced both compression springs balance the door a n made sure then door was working as intended. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs.

The Service technician that came out to service my garage today was Sean Hogan, he was a very courteous well mannered very informative technician, my garage door was not working properly due to a malfunctioning that was a result from the prior company insulation. I had one of the cables that pulls the garage door up come off, after Sean Hogan inspection which was very thorough he pointed out things that the other company that installed the garage door unit did not do properly like over tightening the springs putting the mounting brackets in the wrong position and did not having all the screws and nuts tight for the springs which could've caused more problems than what it was. Sean went beyond my expectation and was very thorough by explaining everything that he was doing for me. he also had giving me options on what can be done to correct the problem. I will always rely on Precision to do all my work from this day forward on my garage door unit.

Armando B. arrived with a mask and taking the proper Covid-19 precautions. He explained the process and conducted the inspection or the garage door and subsequent equipment. Armando Then provided information on what items may need repair/replacement, as well as performed the requested service of replacing the garage door opener. After conducting the work, Armando explained how the new equipment operated, provided a tutorial, and ensured the job site was left clean and free of debris. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to others.

I called Precision because of all the great history and they did live up to the outstanding customer service. I thought I needed a new door since I broke 2 hinges and the door was crooked. Left car trunk door open and carelessly put door down. It jammed and froze????. Miguel came within an hour. Turns out he was able to fix and repair the broken parts!!!!! He was very professional and efficient. Had it fixed less than an hour. Will call these guys again.
