I had technician Tony Palmer, and he was very honest and explained exactly what was wrong with my door and how much each option would cost. He worked quickly after I agreed to have my garage door fixed. So far after a few hours it is working nicely. I hope it lasts, and I did get a three year warranty.

I was pleased to get same day service and on a Sunday. Five stars just for that. Jayden, the tecnhnician was professional, courteous, prompt and fixed the problem in an appropriate amount of time. I willrecommend your company and Jaysen's expertise on garage door problems to friends and family. Did cost more than what I expected.

I give Precision a 5-start rating. Jaysen and his partner came out within three hours of the time I called for service and replaced the weather seal and aluminum retainer on my door. They were very nice, polite and professional and gave me good advice on the condition of my door. They finished the job in about an hour and I was very pleased with the service. Actually, what made me select Precision was my first impression with my initial phone call. The staff was very nice and accommodating and scheduled me for same day service. I will definitely call Precision again for my future garage door needs. Thank you, Jaysen, for being so nice!

Five Star: We called out Precision as they had done the last repair (Spring & Roller replacement) a fews year back. The door was crooked when it closed and you had to hold down the opener button for it to work, especially in the car with the built-in opener. Our technician Jaysen was very helpful in explaining how each component helps the door & opener to operate correctly. He disconnected the opener and showed me how the door could barely be moved manually. He spotted the frayed cable and replaced it. He also fixed a roller that was in the wrong hinge position (prior Precision install), tightened the spring, re-balanced the door and adjusted the actual opener. Now works just fine with the single opener touch and travels fairly smoothly considering the opener/door is over 15 years old. Jaysen also gave a tip on replacing the bottom seal which I want to do myself when the time comes.

I had a quote last August that I never acted on. The same 2 guys came out today. Gave me a new quote explained I was getting a discount because I had the paperwork from last August. Very personable and professional. I didn't feel like just another customer. They pet my bulldog and I talked to one of the guys about my dog and his dogs. These 2 guys work very well together. They explained everything and what to expect next.

I had to leave for a doctor's appointment before the installation was completed and it was difficult for the technician to explain anything to my 94 year old husband, so I called Precision and a technician is coming by tomorrow to explain a few things and to bring me another door opener. Otherwise I am very happy with the door and service.

Tony Palmer was the technician that came by to perform an emergency repair on my garage door. He had figured out within about three minutes what the problem was... a broken sensor wire. He checked the operation of the door and the existing hardware. He lubricated the hinges, and guide wheels and tweaked the hinge brackets which served to quiet the door's operation considerably. He explained to me that the hinges, guide wheels, and tension springs/cables were getting 'tired' and should replaced. He also explained that a replacement door and hardware would just be slightly more than a complete service/hardware replacement on the existing door. I opted to just go with the repair service for the time being. I will be back in the future to replace the door and system. Thanks Tony, for a job well done.

My garage door would not open, not even manually. I chose Precision due to the 24/7 customer service and the fact that it could be Fixed Today as advertised. My technician was Joey. He was professional, courteous, and noticed the problem right away. He was upfront with the cost of the job and broke everything out individually. I have had garage door problems in the past and have used other services, which were very unsatisfactory. Now I will only use Precision Garage Door Service for any other problems we encounter. Your company made a big impression on me.. Your ad which I got from the Internet speaks volumes I was very impressed with the quick response and hours in which your service is provided (not your average 8-5) I was also impressed with how your trucks were marked and stocked and technicians shirt with your company name and a badge with a picture Your technician Martin Z was very professional and knowledgeable he was running late and always kept me informed He's a real asset to your company which I hope all your technicians would follow his professionalism If I had one negative (which I do) it would be that when your technician assesses the job at hand he work out the finial cost before starting the job I knew going in that the service call charge would be incorporated into the finial cost but the total expense of the job might be a costly depending on what needed to be repaired I was fortunate enough to have the resources others might have to find another way if they knew the finial cost up front (Just a suggestion)

Jaysen called me prior to arriving and showed up with in afew minutes. He was very professional and gave me some options. My old opener had major linkage problems. I had just spent 700 dollars with some other company and did not fix my problem Jaysen put a new opener and other asses it needed. I have piece of mind now with a great quiet motor. Thanks to Jaysen.
