Your rep Lance was great! He called and showed up on time and took his time to give me an estimate. When we are ready to replace our garage door we will call your company first. We had called Mesa and they never showed up. Will not be dealing with them anymore. Thanks. K Taylor

This is not a complain. The new garage door works perfectly. The technician, Jason Stanfield, left us remotes which controls the garage door. I live in a townhouse complex with a main gate into the inside driveway. The main gate is also controlled remotely. Unfortunately, the new remotes, even though each with 3 buttons, do not work for the main gate. Jason promised to look into it and to find something that works on both. I have not heard from him since. I understand that there may not exist such remote, but I would like to one way of another. I did email him a few days ago to northlaoffice@precisiondoor.net. I wonder if the that URL can received an email.

Technician was good. Your phone service is terrible. Tina confirmed appt two weeks ago, and told me I was first for the day. I rearranged my schedule to ensure I was available at this time. No one showed for two hours so I called phone bank. They couldn't figure out the situation and "escalated" it to a manager. Finally three hours later a technician showed up. He provided service for literally ten minutes. I paid $90 for ten minutes service, and aggravation of trying to get someone to come out and do annual check up. You need to figure out your phone bank. I learned from technician that your call center is in FL and I'm in CA. Apparently there are no local offices and technicians work for themselves. This seems to be an unusual way to do business, and certainly is not customer or service oriented. I was told two of your experienced employees recently quit. I suspect it's due to your practices.

I have used Precision about 4 times now, and I had my garage burglarized this time. The creeps broke my door and Precision sent a man over to repair it! They are always impressing me with their kindness and professionalism! A job well-done, for sure, thanks!

5 STARS! Your associate arrived in timely manner as promised. He assessed the problem, made the installation all with a very courteous and professional demeanor. We choose Precision after checking websites. If need be, we would choose your Service again. Sorry I do not remember his name.....and I can't tell from the photographs. Technician, Stanley S., did a wonderful job of fixing the springs on our wooden garage door. It was a tough job as the door was old and professional know how and perseverance were needed to get it right. Stanley keep us posted about his arrival time and called 20 minutes before his arrival, which was right on time. He had everything he needed in his truck and fixed the garage door on the very day we called for service. Precision was very professional thoughout the process emailing a service confirmation, photos of the technicians so we would know for sure who was at our door, and an invoice, and warrantee. We definitely recommend Stanley S. and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and are telling our friends of our experience.

Called early on Saturday morning. To my surprise they answered and scheduled a technician that same day. The technician was at my door within 3 hrs ready and prepared. Excellent service. Technician very polite, professional. explained the in detail the installation and operation of new garage door opener.

We managed to lock ourselves out of a garage in our new house. I found Precision on line and they were able to come the same day. The problem was fixed and all the garage doors were checked for safety and openers were programmed. We were happy with the prompt and professional service.

Having used Precision 5 years ago, it was an obvious choice, especially since the previous technician taped the contact info to the inside of the garage door so I could easily find it. Excellent customer service from Ashley in the office to technicians Tony and Stanley. They were prompt, courteous and quick. Really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on repairs knowing that I'll be selling my place soon. The garage door now works and sounds like a dream. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
