Evan K. Was the technician that did all the work needed to install the Elite Liftmaster belt drive garage door opener. He thoroughly inspected everything and explained to me everything that needed replaced for parts and tune-ups. He even told me how long it would take to do the work. Evan was very knowledgeable About all he was doing along with being very kind, patient, professional and courteous. Great job, I am very pleased with everything. Thank You Evan!

Evan K. called to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He checked the cables, hinges, bearings and opener. We discussed the options and did not try to charge for service I didn't need. He was quick and showed me how to check the springs in the future to hopefully catch a problem before the springs break. I appreciated the non-contact service. I will use Precision in the future and request Evan. Thank you!

Outstanding service....Had to have a whole new garage door installed. The installers called ahead saying they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come a bit early. Both were very professional and friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up prior to leaving....I have used Precision once prior and will continue to use only them in the future...

old garage door opener stopped working. A replacement was needed. The technician was extremely helpful and was able to quickly install new opener, springs and door remote with wifi connection. Our townhouse complex has old-fashioned heavy wooden doors that get saturated with moisture during rainy weather and make it difficult for the garage door opener to lift. Precision sent a technician to my home within an hour of my call. Evan was professional, friendly and had my opener repaired and working better than ever in just a short time. (And he strictly adhered to all COVID-19 protocols, which I greatly appreciated.) I will absolutely use Precision again should the need arise.

Torsion springs on our garage door snapped w/o warning on a SA afternoon, called Precision. Was set up w/an appointment for next day, a Sunday.
