The office staff was friendly and able to scheduled same day service. The technicians were prompt, efficient, wore masks, social distanced and were kind. They explained reasonable options to fix, replace and bring equipment up to current building codes. Prices were reasonable! We asked to have equipment fixed and serviced at this time, and they were happy to do it.

I GIVE PRECISION 5 STARS FOR THEIR REPAIR ON MY ELECTRIC GARAGE DOOR. ONE OF THE SPRINGS BROKE AND THEY SENT SEAN OUT TO REPLACE IT. HE CALLED ME WHEN HE WAS LEAVING AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT TIME HE WOULD BE ARRIVING. HE WAS VERY NEAT IN HIS REPAIR AND VERY COMFORTABLE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL REPAIRS AND INSTALLATIONS. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY SHOWED YOU WHAT THEIR TECHS LOOKED LIKE ON LINE. I KNEW WHO I WOULD BE WORKING WITH.

My automatic garage door wasn't raising all the way and I gave Precision a call. Miguel M came out and was very respectful of the social distance and PPE requirements. He analyzed the problem and repaired the track alignment, serviced and lubricated the moving parts and it didn't cost a lot. I will call them again when necessary.

We called Precision as a result of our community google group where others here highly recommending Precision. Our garage door remotes stopped working and while I have “paired” remotes before, I could not make it work this time and we noticed that the opener track was becoming detached from the wall of the garage so we decided to call for help. Sean Hogan showed up exactly on time after calling while enroute as promised by their staff the day before. He looked at our opener and checked out the remote issue and basically the old opener had problems that could not easily be fixed. We opted for a new belt driven opener and Sean installed it very quickly and neatly cleaning up when he was done. He took just a couple minutes to walk up through the use of it (super simple but nice to have someone make sure we did not have questions) and man it is nearly silent compared to the old one. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable person and we felt he was very trustworthy. We are so glad we went with what many other home owners in our community advised and called Precision Garage Door!!!

He was professional, kind and patient in explaining my options and answering my questions so I feel like I got what will work best for me at a cost I can afford. Precision did an amazing job replacing my old single panel door with a new 4 panel tracked door. Miguel and Colt came out to get measurements and give me the estimate, they did a great job talking me through the door options and reassured me that there would be no issues installing with the minimal head room available in my garage. I was able to get the install scheduled for less than a week later. On the day of install, Javier and Kevin came over with the new door. They were able to get the old door down and the new one installed in about 4 hours. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Thanks team.

Armando is very professional in every way! He called ahead of time to advise me of approximate arrival time. He gave me three options to choose from and explained each very carefully. I felt comfortable asking questions, he repeated the information patiently and respectfully, with out being a male chavanist. In the past I have encountered this type of men, therefore, I didn't give them my business. The garage springs were replaced, and since I had an old garage motor and not up to code, Sean and Armando suggested to be replaced. I'm pleased I did! And I didn't have to put a new door! I have a quiet, smooth and safe garage door in my condo complex compared to a few new installed garage doors, and just as Sean and Armando had explained it would be. I definitely will recommend your company. Thank you!

I called Precision for several reasons, the first is trust. Last year a tech came to check my garage door and found it just needed an adjustment, no problems with the motor or other parts. This year I had an emergency and called what I thought was a local company to come right away. It turned out the company I called was unlicensed and fraudulent. I had Precision come back and tech Colt Baker was very helpful, inspected the work and gave me an honest estimate. It's obvious Precision takes pride in their work and the people they hire. Be careful, a number of the companies listed in a Google search are not local nor licensed. Precision did the work well and on time.
