We woke up Monday morning and our garage door opener wouldn’t work. The reviews for Precision Door Services were stellar so I called and got an appointment for the next morning. Matthew came out, confirmed that our garage door opener had died, and offered options so we quickly decided on the one we wanted. Installation was quick and the garage opener (Lanier) is so much smoother and quieter than our old one. Matthew was great. Pleasant, explained our options, and was quick with the installation. We’re very happy with our new garage door opener and with Precision Garage Door Services.

Matthew installed a new garage door opener (with a belt drive) for us. He did a professional job with the installation. We were really impressed with his knowledge of the various brands of garage door openers. Since he comes from a family of several generations in this business, he could knowledgeably answer our questions based on his extensive experience. Also, we are impressed with the office staff (Tyler, Anthony) who patiently took the time over the phone to discuss the many options for us. Their knowledge helped us to make a good decision. I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by Armando! When he came to assess the issue and realized he would need a staple gun to attach the new trim, he initially set up an appointment with another service specialist at a later date since he didn't have a staple gun on his truck. Then he called me and said he could come back in a few hours with a staple gun to complete the repair, which he did. Problem is solved, and it looks great. He was not also super efficient, he is also a very kind person. I am very happy with the repair.
