William F., from Precision Door, was very professional from the moment I met him all the way through completion of my needed spring repair—attire, manners, etc.. William showed up within the estimated time window given to me when I made the appointment, which I was able to do the same day. My garage door setup isn’t the norm due to how my house was constructed. Nevertheless, William was able to complete the repair without any issues. William was knowledgeable with respect to what my garage door needed. William also made adjustments that improved the way my garage door functioned moving forward. I’m very happy with how the repair progressed and how the entire process was completed. I’ll definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends. Thank you again William!

From beginning (initial phone call with Lexi to schedule service for a lost garage remote), to a follow up call (Lisa), to the actual service (William), the team is 100% on point. Lexi and Lisa were patient, helpful, professional. And William! No words how good this gentleman is: first of all, his arrival was scheduled btw 4-8 pm. At 3:15 he called to ask if he could come early! Unheard of! Turned out our issue was more complicated than we had originally thought - his patience and ingenuity helped resolve the problem super efficiently. Precision Doors is so lucky to have William on their team, and we were lucky to be able to do business with him. Can’t say enough good things... a big thank you to all! If I could add more stars, I would!

I gave your company 5 stars because my husband and I were very impressed with the service that we received from your technician, Jason. We were only available to meet with him for a couple hours and he worked hard to meet our schedule. He was professional and so helpful in helping us decide which door would be best, etc. We bought a garage door with windows, an opener and a key pad. We are happy and can’t wait to see the door installed.

Absolutely amazing technician, Armando. Since it was a rainy day I took the time to watch a true professional to about his job, it was a well choreographed ballet. Furthermore he was very patient to explain everything about the new garage door opening motor and all of its features. I could not recommend more highly not only for Armando but for precision door service for their attention to a minor service issue the following day. Five stars for everything!

We had a problem that kept re-occurring and it was really tricky to find out what it was. Victor was so patient --- he tried so many different things, plus he contacted another specialist who gave him suggestions as well. Turns out he had to re-wire the sensors, and now it appears that the problem is solved for good. Victor was very knowledgeable, described what he was doing, and was a great repairman. He was even able to come a few minutes early which really helped our schedule that day.

This is not a complain. The new garage door works perfectly. The technician, Jason Stanfield, left us remotes which controls the garage door. I live in a townhouse complex with a main gate into the inside driveway. The main gate is also controlled remotely. Unfortunately, the new remotes, even though each with 3 buttons, do not work for the main gate. Jason promised to look into it and to find something that works on both. I have not heard from him since. I understand that there may not exist such remote, but I would like to one way of another. I did email him a few days ago to northlaoffice@precisiondoor.net. I wonder if the that URL can received an email.

Technician was good. Your phone service is terrible. Tina confirmed appt two weeks ago, and told me I was first for the day. I rearranged my schedule to ensure I was available at this time. No one showed for two hours so I called phone bank. They couldn't figure out the situation and "escalated" it to a manager. Finally three hours later a technician showed up. He provided service for literally ten minutes. I paid $90 for ten minutes service, and aggravation of trying to get someone to come out and do annual check up. You need to figure out your phone bank. I learned from technician that your call center is in FL and I'm in CA. Apparently there are no local offices and technicians work for themselves. This seems to be an unusual way to do business, and certainly is not customer or service oriented. I was told two of your experienced employees recently quit. I suspect it's due to your practices.

Technician, Stanley S., did a wonderful job of fixing the springs on our wooden garage door. It was a tough job as the door was old and professional know how and perseverance were needed to get it right. Stanley keep us posted about his arrival time and called 20 minutes before his arrival, which was right on time. He had everything he needed in his truck and fixed the garage door on the very day we called for service. Precision was very professional thoughout the process emailing a service confirmation, photos of the technicians so we would know for sure who was at our door, and an invoice, and warrantee. We definitely recommend Stanley S. and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and are telling our friends of our experience.

Professionals, professionals, professionals! From the moment I received my initial quote to the test run of my fully installed garage door, the customer service and support from Precision was excellent. Lance provided me with a complete and comprehensive estimate with plenty of options. Since I went with a special order, we placed the order and received the "ready to install" call right on time. Matt and Stephan were my install team and they were great. Not only did they provide me with a detailed explanation on what to expect, during the entire install, they cleaned up as they went. Never at any given point, did they leave any trash. From the moment they arrived, until the moment the were finished, they were courteous, professional, and focused. Highly recommend Precision!
