I had requested to have my garage door fixed to close the gap on one side of the garage door. Brian Fortuna, the technician, took the time to rule out all causes that led to the problem. He fixed it and showed his professionalism in handling the matter. What more can a customer ask for these days. Definitely made the right choice to call Precision to fix the problem. Thank you Brian and Precision.

I didn't expect to have a tech here on such short notice but Matthew Herbert showed up in less than 2 hours, explained what i needed to solve the problem and he was finished off to the next call in 30 minutes. Very pleasant person, amenable and knowledgeable. We've used Precision Garage Door in the past and we will again. Thank you, Chuck, for the great service. R. Stover

Chose Precision Door because noted on BBB site after I had received a bid from another company that was not BBB. We need a garage door replacement on a very old garage, and Matthew was very professional and explained the whole process. Our purpose was to get a ball park figure so that we could add to our capital budget request for approval for our fiscal year which begns after July 31. Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained what the process would be as well as what we might have to have done in-house as part of the process for Precision Door to proceed with the garage door replacement.

We woke up Monday morning and our garage door opener wouldn’t work. The reviews for Precision Door Services were stellar so I called and got an appointment for the next morning. Matthew came out, confirmed that our garage door opener had died, and offered options so we quickly decided on the one we wanted. Installation was quick and the garage opener (Lanier) is so much smoother and quieter than our old one. Matthew was great. Pleasant, explained our options, and was quick with the installation. We’re very happy with our new garage door opener and with Precision Garage Door Services.

Matthew installed a new garage door opener (with a belt drive) for us. He did a professional job with the installation. We were really impressed with his knowledge of the various brands of garage door openers. Since he comes from a family of several generations in this business, he could knowledgeably answer our questions based on his extensive experience. Also, we are impressed with the office staff (Tyler, Anthony) who patiently took the time over the phone to discuss the many options for us. Their knowledge helped us to make a good decision. Thanks Precision!!

The service provided by garage door technician Julian & Mathew was excellent. They were both clean and well dressed. Julian was very good at communicating and trouble shooting the problems with my garage door opener. I was skeptical at first thinking the technician would push replacing the opener. Instead I was pleasantly surprised with his ability to pin point the problem and saying it was all fixable. I will definitely keep Precision Door Service as my garage door people and will recommend to all of my friends, family and customers. Thank you very very much. - Carlos Ramirez

Tony was great. Came within a few hours of me calling. Fixed my sensor issue immediately and secured them so I don’t screw up again when sweeping out the garage and knocking into them. He also helped me program an extra remote I had and was nice and patient. Highly recommend this company.
