Over all I am very happy with the entire process . At 1030 am I googled garage door repair , precision was the first on the list. I clicked and called they gave me a 2 hr window 12-2. I asked to make it sooner they said they would try. The rep on the phone was really nice and accommodating, she did say the tech would call me when he was on the way ( that didn't happen , no big deal cuz it was only a 2 hr window ) The tech was on time showed up at 1215 ( tech name Russ) super cool easy going guy gave me all the details of what's wrong with my garage door an what it would cost to fix The price seamed a lil high to me but I really don't know what high or low price is when it comes to fixing garage doors ... My garage door would not open, not even manually. I chose Precision due to the 24/7 customer service and the fact that it could be Fixed Today as advertised. My technician was Joey. He was professional, courteous, and noticed the problem right away. He was upfront with the cost of the job and broke everything out individually. My garage door broke on Saturday at 5pm; the entire door colapsed. When I called Precision you sent someone over by 7:30! Amazing response time and on a weekend no less.
