Repair costs were significantly higher than the impression i received on my initial phone call when setting up the appointment. I wouldnt think twice about calling on precision door service again I had a problem with my remote wall key pad that opens my garage door he was so honest with me when he told me it could be your battery is dead on it I didnt know it runs on a battery i was willing to pay to replace the whole wall unit I gave him a new battery and now it works I had another big garage door service tell me I need to replace the motor which was around $ 600.00 happy I didnt listen to him but this company has top notch service

So, I drive up to my garage after a trip to Costco..and as you know market trips during COVID19 are very stressful...and my garage door wont open. Nooooooooo.. I unload all the groceries and quickly text my husband. Im about to get on yelp to find a service provider when my husband calls me and says,. “i found an email from the place that came out to repair our garage in 2012.”..(8 years ago) ????. Garage has not needed any repairs since then.. My husband must have been very impressed by them to think of them so many years later. And, I have a very picky and detailed hubby???????????? They send out a technician NEXT DAY... awesome... They give us the standard window of time 8-12pm. But, what is different about them is that they keep you updated. Armando Bacca (Senior Technician) calls to introduce himself. Then on the day of service calls again to let us know we are number three on his list and that he will keep us posted of his time. And, he will notify us 30 minutes before arriving. I appreciated this so much because i was not stuck for three hours not leaving my house...like other service providers have us do. I was able to walk the dogs, get my exercise in, and do small short errands. Yussss ???????????????? Armando arrives as promised and is wearing a face mask (thank u) He is friendly and gets right to work. Explains that we need new-springs and explains the different kind of springs they offer. Did not try to up sell me and instead asked,how many times a day we open the garage. Armando just gave me the facts and details of each spring (warranty ..how many garage door openings it is covered for..etc.) . Cost included BOTH springs . because when one gives out the other is soon to follow...and u want the springs to be the same age. Price was very reasonable and he got it done the same day...did not have to leave for parts and come back ...or schedule me for a second visit. Repair was done perfectly and quickly. Paperwork, signature payment, all done electronically. Now we will be able to find their email 8 years from now ????. Very happy customers ????????

Garage door came off track the night before, called at 7AM next morning and was given a same day window between 8AM and 12PM. The tech, Armando, called approx. 8:30 AM advising he would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. Armando arrived and after assessing the door explained what needed to be done and his recommendations. Armando fixed the door and it works better then it originally did. I never used Precision before and was relying on the reviews. I'm glad I called, and was happy with the service that Armando provided.

Excellent service. The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, trapping my car inside the garage. Technician Miguel was there at 8:15 Monday morning to make the repair and was finished in less than an hour. The price was fair and couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Precision.

Talked to alive person to make the appointment. Technicians were on time and had called about 30 minutes before arriving to say they were on the way. The Technicians introduced themselves and went straight to work. I've used Precision for years and trust them implicitly. They diagnosed the problem and made recommendations intended to meet my needs. The replaced two 20 something year old Door Openers and demonstrated their functionality. They even helped input the Pass Code to our external key pad and then paired our car's control panel to open the two doors from inside the cars. They were neat and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Our opener quit working. Miguel diagnosed the problems and recommended a new opener, which he had with him. He did a quick and complete job installing a new opener. He also noticed that we had a broken spring, and replaced both springs with new springs. Miguel was very professional, friendly, and helpful with the job. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door work.

The visit by your William Fletcher was insulting to me. He did nothing to correct my problem. In fact he took the safety system items without my person. He stated that my door unit required replacement. A copy of the cost and items required was received and reviewed by myself. My self and others found only two item that required repair. This was done and the door system was up and running in a short time. As a result of this, I have sent an email to your company stating that I have canceled my account with your company. No work for me is to be performed by Precision Door Service.
