Armando was my technician and did not try to pressure me or upsell. However, for $180 (Superior charged me $132 last time and my garage was functional for 4 MONTHS!), my garage door was functional for only 1 1/2 days. I’m having to park outside on the driveway again. I decided to buy a new garage door (200 series). Armando called the person in charge of scheduling while he was here and said next week it could be installed. It is now Friday, Jan. 5, and no one called to schedule anything for next week. I am FRUSTRATED that there is no install date, that I’m having to park on the driveway, and that $180 only lasted 1 1/2 DAYS!

I told the technician that the garage door has difficulty in opening during winter time and works well during the hot weather. He did not even check the problem at all and just told us that my aunt needs a new garage door opener. I opted for the garage door tune up and I told him that I have a coupon of $99 and he said that if that coupon was sent to another address, it is not valid. From the get go, he was not honest. My aunt asked me to be with her so that they will not fool her which would be what happened if I was not there. I know you are the experts but he should have tested the garage door 1st before recommending to change it right away. It is working great now after I asked him to do lubrication. Please make sure to emphasize honesty as older folks can be victims of unnecessary services.

I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door service. They have a 7 day a week service which is a huge benefit. Not being able to get ones garage door open (with vehicles inside) on a weekend sold me immediately on Precision Door Service. They were able to schedule me on Sunday and fixed the broken garage door springs within a decent time frame. Sean H. was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.

I called this morning to schedule a tune up and was given a 4 hour window for today. I was impressed that someone was going to come out today. I called Precision hoping for an immediate service call and i got my wish. Miguel came to service our garage door. Turns out the motor bombed and it needed to be replaced. I didn't have to wait for a new part, he was able to provide it that same day; he handled and resolved the problem right then and there so we weren't impacted with having to wait days before a new motor came in. That was great. Miguel was professional, courteous and explained the repair. He checked and re-checked the installation to ensure it worked. Great service for sure.

I have been using Precision since 2012 when we had garage springs changed. We had a tune-up in 2017 and just had them replace the old springs. Every one of the technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service and are on time. Highly recommended.

Technician Miguel arrived in a very timely manner. He identified the problem, which was minor. He quickly repaired it, and checked out the entire system. He answered questions I had and completed the transaction efficiently. I especially appreciated that after making the initial service call there was an email followup with photos of each technician, and the name of the one who would be responding. Miguel also called in advance to give me a timeframe of arrival, and arrived within that time. All around great service! Will definitely use again when needed.
