The visit by your William Fletcher was insulting to me. He did nothing to correct my problem. In fact he took the safety system items without my person. He stated that my door unit required replacement. A copy of the cost and items required was received and reviewed by myself. My self and others found only two item that required repair. This was done and the door system was up and running in a short time. As a result of this, I have sent an email to your company stating that I have canceled my account with your company. No work for me is to be performed by Precision Door Service.

I was very happy with William, who worked on the door in the rain. He was professional and personable. He called before he showed up. He rebalanced the door so the rain could not get in under the door. I will definitly have them back on a yearly basis for a service call.

Great same day service on short notice too. They were out in less than 2 hours of my initial call. I did take them up on the offer to upgrade to the quiet package and the Jackshaft unit. Best decision I made, got rid of the overhead rail and no chain to deal with. The unit is super quiet now compared to the screw drive we had before.

Tony Palmer and his assistant did a great job installing my new LiftMaster garage door opener. So far it is working beautifully and I really appreciate how quiet it is. I most definitely give this company and their employees five stars!!! I called early Monday morning for an appt. with an installer, and several hours later two very courteous and professional gentlemen were at our house to measure for a new garage door. Four days later the garage door and opener were installed, and the old wood door was hauled away. Chuck, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to express my experience with my recent purchase of two new garage doors from Precision: I shopped around comparing pricing, quality of product, customer reviews, etc., and met with several of the other companies who visited the job site and found that my personal experience with your staff to be above the other companies. My journey with your company began with Tony who from day one has gone above and beyond to meet my requests for samples and was willing to answer any and all questions regardless of how unusual they might have been. Prior to his vacation time Tony advised me that he would be gone for so many days, and that Sam the General Manager would be looking after my potential purchase and could answer any questions I may have. Sam did exactly that during Tonys absence including returning my calls into the evening to make sure my questions were addressed. It is obvious Chuck that your organization places a strong emphasis on great customer service and the necessary training that it takes to make sure this happens. My garage doors look great and I spoke to Tony this morning to work out some final adjustments on the install, and I am sure that he will make sure that everything meets to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend your company to may family and friends.
