Chuck, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to express my experience with my recent purchase of two new garage doors from Precision: I shopped around comparing pricing, quality of product, customer reviews, etc., and met with several of the other companies who visited the job site and found that my personal experience with your staff to be above the other companies. My journey with your company began with Tony who from day one has gone above and beyond to meet my requests for samples and was willing to answer any and all questions regardless of how unusual they might have been. Prior to his vacation time Tony advised me that he would be gone for so many days, and that Sam the General Manager would be looking after my potential purchase and could answer any questions I may have. Sam did exactly that during Tonys absence including returning my calls into the evening to make sure my questions were addressed. It is obvious Chuck that your organization places a strong emphasis on great customer service and the necessary training that it takes to make sure this happens. My garage doors look great and I spoke to Tony this morning to work out some final adjustments on the install, and I am sure that he will make sure that everything meets to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend your company to may family and friends.

The technician found the problem with the door--a broken spring, and also put in a button on the inside of the garage in case I needed it. I found your name in the phone book, and then looked it up on the computer--the information seemed to be what I needed. I am very happy with my garage door repair. The service person estimated the repair price and the price of a door opener and did not push the more expensive opener and fixed the door so I can easily move it up and down. It locks now so I do not have to worry about my stuff. Great job!

I am very satisfied with the work Jesus did. His recommendations were right-on. I wish I had used Presicion a few years ago when the door broke last time. The last company refused to offer me a warranty (which should have been a red flag). The door opens much more quietly now. The cost was a bit more that I was expecting, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

They are the most expensive company I have ever seen. I was quoted $249.00 to replace a broken gear in my Sears opener. They got me for the $49.00 to tell me my gear was bad, which I know from past experience, and $200 for the Gear. For that price I could have saved $100. buy going to Sears and buying a new unit and taking out the gear and have the rest of the parts as back up.

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Jesus was professional, courteous, and skilled. He called to confirm the appointment which was a late night emergency and replaced our springs excellently. Jesus made all the difference by explaining the costs and repair time accurately. Great quality springs, still a bargain even if someone else was cheaper.
