Service and quality was great. The repair time was very quick, and the rollers Brian suggested are fantastic for cutting noise and vibration. You don't get five stars though because you aren't God.

I called to set up the repair on Sat. morning expecting to have to wait till the next week for the service. I was pleasantly surprised to be told someone would be out between 6 & 8 that evening. I received a call around 6:30 explaining that the tech was delayed, but would be out as soon as possible. Again, I was expecting to have to wait, but he arrived at 9:30 and the repair was made within a few minutes. Thank you!

As you know, when a garage door is disabled it disrupts your whole life. Precision sent Brian out within two hours. He quickly replaced the cable and made some other suggestions. Basically, we have a garage door opener which has new, lifetime-warranteed parts. It is working better than ever! I would highly recommend this company, though it looks like I won't have to use them anytime soon!

I had a wonderful experience with Precision. I had my garage door spring bust late on a Saturday night, and they were able to respond within three hours of my request made on a Sunday. The technician arrived two minutes EARLY (very refreshing) and did the repair within a half hour. He was knowledgeable and professional, and VERY personable. I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone, and have already told my family members about my experience so they know who to call when the time comes.
