I was able to get a same day appointment for my garage door repair, and the technician came on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up all of the supplies from the parts he had to install. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. My garage door is in much better shape and guarenteed for 5 years. My Service Technician was J.C. who is not listed below.

Precision offered me a reasonable quote, gave me enough time to compare other companies' offers, and showed the exact quality material they were going to use. They asked only for a 10%deposit to order the garage door, where as another company offered the same quote for a non-insulated door with cheaper quality springs, smaller hinges, and wheels requiring grease and wanted a 50% deposit to order the door.

It was nice using a professional company. I called and an office lady answered and was very good at what she did. Then the technician came out in a company vehicle and in uniform. The technician was very knowledgable of the whole door. He showed me my problem and got to work. Very good company.
