Great and easy company to work with. From start to finish the process was easy replaced my garage door of only 6 yrs with a brand new insulated garage style and the difference is huge very quiet , and temperature is controlled because of the the high quality we chose. Happy for now hope this would last me longer that than the previous garage door we had . The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I was comfortable doing business with .

We obviously needed to replace the broken spring on our door, but Brandon pointed out that, due to the age of our door, there were other components showing wear and tear. He explained all his reasoning in a straight forward manner. I decided it would be better to replace these other components now rather than have another repair in a year or two. The door is working as good as it did when purchased 17 years ago.

Love Precision! We had the garage door installed some years back. Service people are great. Today, February 13, in heavy pouring rain, Dillan came out and did an awesome job repairing an issue we were having with our door. He was knowledgeable and was able to take care of the issue quickly. We had a emergency call at 3pm that our door had broken and the springs and cable had broken and needed assistance right away I called and the young lady was so nice and told me a technician would come out within the next 3 hours. Miles Herrera showed up at around 4-4:30 and was so nice and told me he would do his best but since the door was 20+ years old it might be difficult. By 6pm he was through and the door was fixed and he had replaced all the various parts and lubed the door and parts and everything was working. He had to replace the rollers, springs some hardware and reattach the tracks to the garage He had a wonderful attitude and even though he had a family event after his call with us he took his time and was very gracious Good for you to have him on your team He was a pleasure to work with Denis Weber
