I believe we are all looking for the right company and person to work with no matter what the issue. Mechanic, Plumber, Electrician, Contractor, etc. and once we find them they are golden to us. I now have a garage door company as they surpassed my expectations in every way from the beginning call to the finish result. Technician Russ was outstanding and was passing on his skills to Hurach who was working with him. What I thought was a problem ended up being a minor fix. However, because of the age of my unit I was given an estimate for the future just in case, which I appreciated. This is my second time using Precision; the first time, about 4 months ago, I used their service because they were the only ones I called who could show up that same day. I was pleased with their service then, so I called them again when something else went wrong with the door opener. The technician came just when he said he would, calling beforehand. He analyzed the problemS--there was more than one--& was able to install the new, larger springs right away to make the door once again easy for me to raise manually if I had to. I was happy!

The repair man was an hour early from the appointment time. That was a good thing. He provided me with repair options clearly and then move forward with the repair. All was done in good order, except the limit range on the door was off. Even although he had previously told me his company didn't work with the Genie motors as Genie would not train Precision technicians, he worked on the motor and limit range until it was fixed. A satisfied customer has been earned.

Daniel was early to the appointment and called twice to let me know he was on his way. This attentiveness and courtesy to me set the tone for the actual arrival and work that was done. His explanations of the problem, the solution and the operation of the newly installed equipment were clear and thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know.
