After our garage door suddenly seized up and would no longer function one evening, I called Precision, who arranged for a repair technician to come out to our house the next day at the only time at which I could make an appointment that day. The repair technician, Jayson showed up on time and showed us immediately what had happened. Jayson then took a long time explaining all of our options and showing us various alternatives, each time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. He then performed the chosen repair option and completed the job within the time he said it would take, even though he unexpectedly had to re-balance the door. In addition, rather than just leave us with manuals, he offered to and did, re-sync the new remotes and our car links to the new system he installed, for no extra charge. The new motor and hardware is now functioning perfectly. After this service, I would not call anyone else for garage door repair.

We had a poorly installed garage door opener from another company two years ago and it recently had trouble closing. After a failed assessment and the problem persisting, Precision sent us your Tech Daniel Radcliffe to service our door. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he and I tried a couple of options to try and maintain the previous motor and extend it's life. Unfortunately, after a couple of visits with some wire work and spring work (one visit at no charge), the door was fine for a couple weeks and then the problem returned. Daniel concluded that the motor had just been overworked and was finished. Our new opener works great (and installed correctly) and I would like to thank Daniel for his time and professionalism with our situation and his willingness to work with us to try and save and maintain the previous opener. Definitely a five star rating! Precision and most importantly their technician, Daniel Radcliffe, were wonderful from start to finish. We called on a Sunday at 4:15 pm after a major breakdown on the cable of our old unit. Daniel was able to install a new, far superior garage door opener immediately, haul the old one away, instruct us on the new unit, install a light bulb, and connect the remote mechanism to our cars. Daniel was very informative and his work was exceptional and much appreciated. It was a pleasant and efficient experience from the initial phone call to the completed installation.

Brian was terrific. Our garage door opener did not work. He showed us what was wrong and what we needed to fix the problem. He was efficient and improvised when something did not fit right. He was very organized and had all the equipment and tools he needed to complete the job.
