I was pleased to get same day service and on a Sunday. Five stars just for that. Jayden, the tecnhnician was professional, courteous, prompt and fixed the problem in an appropriate amount of time. Five Star: We called out Precision as they had done the last repair (Spring & Roller replacement) a fews year back. The door was crooked when it closed and you had to hold down the opener button for it to work, especially in the car with the built-in opener. Our technician Jaysen was very helpful in explaining how each component helps the door & opener to operate correctly. He disconnected the opener and showed me how the door could barely be moved manually. He spotted the frayed cable and replaced it. He also fixed a roller that was in the wrong hinge position (prior Precision install), tightened the spring, re-balanced the door and adjusted the actual opener. Now works just fine with the single opener touch and travels fairly smoothly considering the opener/door is over 15 years old. Jaysen also gave a tip on replacing the bottom seal which I want to do myself when the time comes.

My garage door would not open, not even manually. I chose Precision due to the 24/7 customer service and the fact that it could be Fixed Today as advertised. My technician was Joey. He was professional, courteous, and noticed the problem right away. He was upfront with the cost of the job and broke everything out individually. I have had garage door problems in the past and have used other services, which were very unsatisfactory. Now I will only use Precision Garage Door Service for any other problems we encounter. Brian R. was on time, courteous, and very efficient. Identified problems and quickly fixed them.Programmed my wife's car opener. Gave me advice on how to soften noise on door and lube rollers when needed. Saw ad in Local saver magazine and checked company on internet. Completely satisfied with service including quality of telephone service at the Pomona office. I forgot to give Brian my coupon so the fault is mine. Howver, if there is any way to adjust my bill I would appreciate. If not I will still recommend your company.

Service and quality was great. The repair time was very quick, and the rollers Brian suggested are fantastic for cutting noise and vibration. You don't get five stars though because you aren't God.
