Brian R. was on time, courteous, and very efficient. Identified problems and quickly fixed them.Programmed my wife's car opener. Gave me advice on how to soften noise on door and lube rollers when needed. Saw ad in Local saver magazine and checked company on internet. Completely satisfied with service including quality of telephone service at the Pomona office. I forgot to give Brian my coupon so the fault is mine. Howver, if there is any way to adjust my bill I would appreciate. If not I will still recommend your company.

Service and quality was great. The repair time was very quick, and the rollers Brian suggested are fantastic for cutting noise and vibration. You don't get five stars though because you aren't God.

My garage door would not open, not even manually. I chose Precision due to the 24/7 customer service and the fact that it could be Fixed Today as advertised. My technician was Joey. He was professional, courteous, and noticed the problem right away. He was upfront with the cost of the job and broke everything out individually. I have had garage door problems in the past and have used other services, which were very unsatisfactory. Now I will only use Precision Garage Door Service for any other problems we encounter. You ROCKED IT JOEY! Thank you!! 5 Star Rating
