Precision installed my garage doors 2 1/2 years ago so, when my door malfunctioned this morning s naturally called them to come to the rescue. I called for an appointment and within the hour Chris was at my house to fix my issue. He even put new bulbs in for me and reset the time on the opener. I had him do a complete service maintenance and safety check while he was here. Great service.

Was so surprised to find a company that would come out on a Sunday! The technician, Chris Bennett, was punctual and professional. He explained the options for the service, quoted a fair price and completed the job promptly and efficiently. I appreciated that he took time to explain everything to me and answered additional questions. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
