Precision installed my garage doors 2 1/2 years ago so, when my door malfunctioned this morning s naturally called them to come to the rescue. I called for an appointment and within the hour Chris was at my house to fix my issue. He even put new bulbs in for me and reset the time on the opener. I had him do a complete service maintenance and safety check while he was here. Great service.

You never expect your garage door to break. So when it did, I didn't know where to turn. I found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on Google. Chris was at my home within 2 hours of my call. He was very professional and personable. He assessed the problem and clearly communicated what needed to be repaired and the work was done quickly. I will happily use them again and highly recommend them to my friends.

Worried that I was going to have big issues to deal with. Instead, I call Percision, they sent someone out right away (totally unexpected), both issues were taken care of within 30 minutes, & my bill was a surprise. It cost much less than I expected. The will be the only company I deal with from now on.

Was so surprised to find a company that would come out on a Sunday! The technician, Chris Bennett, was punctual and professional. He explained the options for the service, quoted a fair price and completed the job promptly and efficiently. I appreciated that he took time to explain everything to me and answered additional questions. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely call again as I plan on having some other work done on the garage door weather striping. It's always great to have competent technician but appreciated his helpfulness and advice as well.

I've used Precision Garage Door before, and was impressed. So now, with a new and different issue, I called them again. Chuck came to see me the next day, was on time, got me the new garage opener I needed, and got it installed within a few hours. He was kind, courteous, and personable.
