The spring broke on our garage door and I actually just googled for a company to come out. I had a great experience with the lady who made our appointment so I had a good feeling. I was right. The technician was in time, very nice, knowledgeable and very professional. Great price. Very happy!

The spring was replaced and it's wotrking but I felt like it costs me lots more than it should be. When the set of end bearing were replaced, both ends became higher than the middle but the installer was going to leave it instead of leveling the pipe. I had to ask him to fix it. He moved it up but did not use a level. He said it should be okay. I thought there was a reason why it was straight, I would not recommend this company.

Jayson was my technician. He called to inform me that he was coming, and when he arrived he was wonderful. He did a thorough look at my garage door and suggested certain parts but let me know that a new door wasn't needed. Originally I thought I would need a whole new door, he told me it was just a couple of rollers. Saving me at least a thousand dollars! It is refreshing to encounter an estimator that doesn't try to up sale you. I am definitely going to get the work done here and will refer them to any that ask.

I planned on calling, until I got your e-mail. Sergio responded to my mothers home and when I got there he was working away. I found him to be very personable, polite, explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. The door works well. He said if there was any issues, be sure to call and they would follow up immediately. You have a very good employee there. I had called another company prior, but wasn't to impressed, and this was just the phone contact. Called your company and felt like you were ready to jump in and get things done.
