I am so happy that we found Precision. Any time we have the least little problem, Precision sends someone out right away and fixed it in minutes! I am currently waiting THREE WEEKS for an appointment with an exterminator. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are my company for life!

I'm not sure if i wrote down the correct product. We were very happy with our technician- Daniel- and the wprk he performed. He got to our house in the time alloted by your company. There are a LOT of companies where that doesn't happe, so a big plus right there! he was up front and honest about what we needs. He gave us several options and my husband was very pleased with the finished work.

Martin and his assistant were timely and professional in the installation of a garage door opener, two springs and a large number of rollers. They also serviced two other garage doors and I am kept satisfied with their work.

Martin came out as a result of a service call request made by me due to my garage door not closing. Upon his arrival, he pointed out a number of things wrong with the garage door I wanted serviced. A subsequent appointment was made for the installation of a garage door opener, etc. I am appreciative of the fact that he detected the sundry problems which could have led to serious damage and expense.

The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained what was needed and why and gave me choices to remedy the situation. I questioned the cost and he showed me invoices (without showing me the names) of similar jobs and the costs. I feel very good about the service I received when I needed a new door and again this time when I needed a new garage door opener.

The repair person was friendly, and listen to my problems. The Garage doors needed adjustment, and he did a complete job. He also installed a out side garage door opener. He was on time, and dressed clean, and looked like you could trust him. called Fidel I am happy with the repair overall job. The repair cost was not cheap, but little above average. But the results is what counts. He known his work, and garage door operation very well. I would call them again. They are much better then the last Garage Door repair Company. that came to the house. FIVE STARS. Thank you.

The technician was excellent. He apologized for not recommending an emergency release during the first installation. We were locked out of the garage with no emergency release. The technician was far more professional than the manager. I ask the tech if I could be compensated for the inconvenience with an additional remote. He clearly explained the inventory policy. It was an inconvenience to the tenant whose car was inside and myself since I had to make a trip to the property.

I received a quick same day response. The tech was friendly, honest about the repair that I requested. I then ask about the opener which he had on the truck. He was very efficient, no problems, no worries and when registering my opener, I was able to send for a rebate. I was totally pleased.Keep up the excellent customer service. Excellent. Great service on the phone and service technician (Jesus)arrived early (and called ahead). He fixed everything necessary which amounted to re-syncing the car opener system in two cars as well as the two portable devices. I am highly impressed and will use Precision Door Service for annual maintenance and any other related needs to our overhead door

My experience with Precision from the beginning (easy to find and understand on the internet) to the initial phone conversation with the dispatcher, to the actual repair was incredibly professional and friendly. Anthony Diaz was very professional and explained what happened to our garage door and what the options were. The best part is having the photos and names of the technician on the website. It was great to have the garage door working as I had phoned two other outfits and they were no show and one was very late and wanted payment.
