Given all the fires last year and loss of power we needed a solution to make sure we had access to our garage which is a separate building from our house if we didn't have power. The team at Precision was professional, helpful and guided us to the best options for us. Hrach was our technician and he was great. He showed us how to operate the new system, gave us good advice on care for our garage door and was very knowledgeable about his work. Five star experience all the way around

Alex Filipovic, our service tech, was fantastic. He is articulate, a nice guy and was careful to ensure a quality job. Our repair wasn't easy, the track got knocked out of alignment and some brackets bent due to a collision with the door. It took some work but he got it back up keeping costs down. Great work!!

All i needed was to simply program my remote because i forgot how to do it. I was qouted 29 dollars. But when the installer came in 2 hours late. He talked my client into work that was not necessary of 400 dollars. I am highly disappointed by 371.00 dollars of un neccessary work. Watch out they are slick

Great Job! My garage door springs were installed on February 2017 by another technician from this company. Technician Stanley looked over the previous work completed and took care of the problem. Great warranty, great response, great tech. Will surely recommend you folks to whomever it is I will make contact with in the future regarding garage door and garage door opener. I always choose carefully whether it's what vitamins to buy or which shoe company to support our whether our not the owner of a restaurant treats their employees right... I actually do research stuff like that. precision door got good reviews, & I noticed that their website said something to the effect of "don't just rush out & replace your existing door. let us inspect it & see if it can be repaired." (I'm paraphrasing, but that's the gist of it.) that kind of thing really resonates with me. that's integrity. when mark the technician showed up, he was professional, but cool & personable. he was patient & informative... truly helpful. he found that he could indeed fix my garage door without replacing much of anything. once he got the parts, he had my door opening & closing itself in no time. I highly recommend these folks.

I was desperate! During remodel, I misplaced the one working remote. I had another one that was iffy. Changed the batteries, tried to reset it a few times. It would work, then it would not work. I had the garage door closed and I had no other access!!! I called on Memorial Day. They took the call and gave me an appointment the next day, today, 5/31/16 between 8 am to 12 noon. The serviceman first called to confirm the appointment and showed up around 8:30 am!! No wasted day, which i really appreciated. Then he explained all that needed to be done to possibly get inside the garage. Well, he did his magic and I was so glad. OMG. If he wouldn't have been able to open my garage door, it would have been a bad situation. So I am very happy and satisfied with their service. Right the next day, right on time, and it didn't even take long for him to do the job. And now I don't ever have to worry because he installed the emergency lock on the front of the garage. Thank you!!! Lili
