Precision came out to fix my broken garage door opener quickly. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and ensured she could understand the problem. I was offered a time to fix the door that day. The technician, Jonathan was on time, professional and did an excellent job in accessing the problem and fixing it quickly and professionally. After the fix, he explained what he did and how to maintain the unit to avoid further problems.

Precision Garage Door is the Best there is. I have one and I purchased one for my son who just made a home purchase. The technician was very kind! However, after trying to remedy the problem, it came down to needing a new garage door. $ 1444 for a new door. I called a garage door repair person that was working on my neighbors door. He fixed my problem in an hour and charged me $ 250.00
