This is the 2nd time I've used Precision for different repairs over 2 years apart. I've found both techs to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They arrive promptly when promised. This time it was Jacob. My garage door is almost 30 years old and still working well after these repairs. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of new parts or a new door when I didn't need it. I really appreciate the customer service.

I had my garage door opener installed 3 years ago by Precision. Yesterday when I came home my door had a hard time opening up. Then it would close down. I called and set up an appointment. The technician, Alex called me and kept me informed about when he would arrive. There were a few problems, but he kept at it until he solved the problem and got my opener working again. Very happy with his work and Precision.

WOW, AM I IMPRESSED!!!! I called this company, got a schedule that fit mine, the tech, Jacob, called me first thing in the morning to give me his ETA. Jacob arrived on time, was FANTASTIC (truly, what a great experience to have lucked into him). He was courteous, quick, and knew his stuff. A+ in my book. So glad I "lucked" into this company and this tech. A 10 out of 10 experience.

I called and their Tech, Jacob, was at our door an hour later. Broken springs and loose rollers all fixed in an hour and a half. Very professional and courteous. We are very satisfied.

A few years ago we were recommended to Precision and they quickly fixed our loose track and tuned up our garage door. Last night there was a loud pop when my wife closed the door and of course, our spring broke. Called them last night, they were here this afternoon and less than an hour later Jacob had it fixed and tuned up. He was very kind, knowledgeable, quick and professional. Hopefully don't need to call them again but if necessary, we will.

I had Precision install my garage door about 15 years ago and it has been reliable all these years. A few days ago I locked my "clicker" in my car in the garage and had to use the manual lock to open the door. I couldn't figure out how to re-engage the electronic feature and had to call Precision to help me out and to get a second "clicker". They sent Matthew who was absolutely great and had me up and running in a few minutes. He was professional and completely knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise! He's your best cheerleader! Anyway, I think if you are looking for a garage door company, give Precision a try.

I called, the person who answered was courteous and efficient and set up a time. The technician, Matthew, was beyond capable, he diagnosed the problem, suggested options and was able to install the opener in a very reasonable amount of time. What impressed me was his knowledge about the systems and the ability to diagnose and fix the problem. He was neat, cleaned everything up and I could not be more pleased. You have a great company, technician and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Precision and Matthew to any of my neighbors.

A bolt holding springs to the door frame pulled out making the system inoperable. Julian arrived promptly on schedule opened the garage door and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.
