The previously installed new garage door opener motor was defective and a new one had to be installed. Brian Rojas and Rayfael, who also installed a new garage door a week ago) had been out before today several times to see if the opener could be adjusted, which it could not. Brian installed the new replacement motor today and was his usual professional and courtesy self. My wife and I appreciated his being on time and efficient in his installing the new motor. Glad to report everything seems to be working as it should.

Jesus, the repair person was actually early! He was courteous, informative, and professional. He replaced the springs quickly and double checked that the door was working properly before leaving. I was very pleased with his work, but more importantly with his professionalism.

I'd just like to say that 5 STARS are NOT ENOUGH!!! What an incredibly polished and well-managed business structure. I got awesome garage-door-issue resolution so very FAST!! Great congenial personnel on the phones,too. Rachel set up my appointment. About a half an hour after getting off the phone and making the appointment I decided to go move my car so the technician would have room to work. Martin, the technician, was already driving up withH a great big smile. He was a first-class pro right from the start. Got the job done in record time. And such a great attitude about applying his skills and experience to GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!! He also was great about sharing personal advice and suggestions for maintenance and long-term care, etc. PRECISION IS ON MY LIST "FOREVER" OF WHO TO CALL FOR GARAGE DOOR ISSUES. :) THANKS AGAIN, TONS!

I called precision out to give me a free quote on a new glass garage door. The technician arrived with all the brochures, prices, colors, and other options that I had. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company. We came to an agreement on the what I was getting and the price I was paying. Since it was a custom door it took about 2 weeks to get in. They scheduled me a day and time for the intall that day. Sergio came out to install the door and did a fantastic job.

I needed to have my garage door opener looked at and the seal around the door replaced. Sam came out and gave me a couple options on different openers along with the costs associated with them. He explained very well the differences, warranties, and features. I chose a new opener and he replaced the seal as well. It was convenient for me that he had anything I wanted on his truck at the time. Precision was a great experience.

I had their company come out because my spring broke on my garage door. They came out within the hour. It was a convenience having not only a local company but a professional one as well. Brian let me know that its best to always replace the springs as a pair because they have the same amount of revolutions on them. I had him replace the set and my door is working great!
