I scheduled an appointment with precision when I noticed my garage door spring had broken. Sam had actually called me about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and said he was running ahead of schedule and wondered if he could come early. I was pleased to hear that so I said yes. He got here looked at the problem and let me know what it was gonna cost and he got started. When he was done he made a few minor adjustments and lubed my door. It has never worked so good since Ive owned the house. Thanks Precision

I woke up to go to work and my garage door wouldnt open. I saw the reviews for Precision and called them first because I was looking for a reputable company. They were very quick with the arrival and repair. I understand why they had good reviews, heres another for the list.

Needed an estimate on a new garage door. Darren the technican even arrived earlier than the appt time. He gave me a few options before changing the whole door. He did not chage any service fee, unlike many other companies out there. I was happy with the service.

The office and the technician did a great job from start to finish. I was especially pleased when I called back about a week later because my door was making a small noise and I was scheduled again for the same day. The technician came out and fixed it at no charge.
