Due to a broken spring, our cars were trapped in the garage. Could not open door even manually. Called Precision at 11:00pm on a Friday night, and made an appointment for 8:00am on Sunday morning. Jaysen was here right on time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He changed the springs and serviced the door within 90 minutes. I was very impressed with Precision. Excellent phone staff and Jaysen was a credit to the company.

I can't fully comment as pieces/parts have to be ordered and the work on my garage door is not done as yet, but I did meet Anthony and was pleased to do so. I am very pleased with the tune-up that was done yesterday by Daniel and his partner. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I also received and printed the invoice, however, Daniel was going to request my invoice from Sept. 2010, In 2010, I called your company and they had to replace my motor with a LiftMaster. I had a Genie, installed with new garage door in 1997. That motor lasted many years and I would like to have a copy of the invoice and guarantee of the motor you replaced. I always keep my bills, but have no proof of purchase. You sent me a document with 7 attachments and I know all I need is 1 or 2 pages at the most. I was happy you sent me the card with the tune-up info as my garage door was making quite a bit of noise and needed servicing. By any chance, is your company owned by different people than 2010? Found you in the yellow pages last month when my old garage door operner went out. Called two companies. The first company that came out that same day I was not impressed with the tech. Your company was booked for the next day. I impressed with the tech., his knowledge of your product. On Dec. 2nd your tech. came out to service unit has a wire at come loose causing the door no to function properly. They gave me a time frame of 12-4. At 12 the tech called to say he was on his way and gave the time I could expect him. Even with the rainy streets he was right on time. Located the problem immediately and fixed it. Ability to get a appointment within a day is great. Tech. is very presentable in a clean uniform. He made me feel he cared about my problem. He was respectful of my property.
