I scheduled an appointment with precision when I noticed my garage door spring had broken. Sam had actually called me about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and said he was running ahead of schedule and wondered if he could come early. I was pleased to hear that so I said yes. He got here looked at the problem and let me know what it was gonna cost and he got started. When he was done he made a few minor adjustments and lubed my door. It has never worked so good since Ive owned the house. Thanks Precision

The office and the technician did a great job from start to finish. I was especially pleased when I called back about a week later because my door was making a small noise and I was scheduled again for the same day. The technician came out and fixed it at no charge.
