The technician was very kind! However, after trying to remedy the problem, it came down to needing a new garage door. $ 1444 for a new door. I called a garage door repair person that was working on my neighbors door. He fixed my problem in an hour and charged me $ 250.00

We moved into our new house a few weeks ago and like it plenty, but the garage door needed attention: the opener was old, the keypad code was unknown, the remotes were nowhere to be found. Eric helped me out and did a great job. It was not entirely clear what was wrong with my garage door, and he tried a number of things at first to help me out that would either be free or not cost a lot. Unfortunately none of those attempts worked and so we ended up replacing the entire garage door opener and wall panel, which required a fair bit of custom work as my garage is small and has some other unusual size constraints. Eric was super helpful and got the work done fast, even though he needed to literally saw through a piece of metal. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone else needing service.

I saw a Precision commercial on TV so I called. The experience was pleasant from the beginning. The call center was professional and understanding of my needs. I was given a window time for the same day. Forty minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from Miguel saying he would be arriving in 30 minutes. When he arrived, I explained to him which was a cable and wheel problem on the door. He was very knowledgeable and a extremely hard worker. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer or use your service again!!!

Technician Eric Padilla provided the service or tune up on the garage door. Provided key points on the maintenance that is required for the life of the torsion springs, coils, bearings and minor adjustments. Replaced emergency vault relief with keys and instructions for operations during power outage. Star rating for the technician and Precision Door is a 5.

Cole from Precision Doors was prompt, friendly, wore PPE mask and gloves and fixed our garage door to make it fully functional again including making sure that I had two remotes that worked well. Very reasonably priced. Will highly recommend this service to anyone!

Very quick review about the service provided by: Mr. Sean Pros: - Overqualified engineer, did an amazing job…. took his time providing the “Precision” Service he promised. I really appreciate that. - Mr. Sean is a very nice person, my whole family and I felt very comfortable in his presence. - Price was very reasonable considering the quality of service provided. Cons: - My wife was very upset after he didn’t finish his plate. She was thinking he didn’t like her food. - Nothing else ……Sean is an awesome engineer and I am very happy with this company.
