Found you in the yellow pages last month when my old garage door operner went out. Called two companies. The first company that came out that same day I was not impressed with the tech. Your company was booked for the next day. I impressed with the tech., his knowledge of your product. On Dec. 2nd your tech. came out to service unit has a wire at come loose causing the door no to function properly. They gave me a time frame of 12-4. At 12 the tech called to say he was on his way and gave the time I could expect him. Even with the rainy streets he was right on time. Located the problem immediately and fixed it. Ability to get a appointment within a day is great. Tech. is very presentable in a clean uniform. He made me feel he cared about my problem. He was respectful of my property. I called in this morning and was given a time between 8-10:00 am and Adam arrived promptly a 10:00. My lock turned out to be a real problem in getting it out to insert a new one and Adam had the patience to continue on and on for a long time! He truly provides customer service! Jesus, the repair person was actually early! He was courteous, informative, and professional. He replaced the springs quickly and double checked that the door was working properly before leaving. I was very pleased with his work, but more importantly with his professionalism.

I called precision out to give me a free quote on a new glass garage door. The technician arrived with all the brochures, prices, colors, and other options that I had. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company. We came to an agreement on the what I was getting and the price I was paying. Since it was a custom door it took about 2 weeks to get in. They scheduled me a day and time for the intall that day. Sergio came out to install the door and did a fantastic job.

Precision was very responsive to my call that my car was stuck in the garage. I talked to the office and they scheduled me immediately for a technician to come service my door. Mike was very knowledgable and professional. He was very clear on problems and prices. Once we got done with that he started work and was done in about an hour. Mike is a great assett to your company.

I had their company come out because my spring broke on my garage door. They came out within the hour. It was a convenience having not only a local company but a professional one as well. Brian let me know that its best to always replace the springs as a pair because they have the same amount of revolutions on them. I had him replace the set and my door is working great!
