It was relatively simple repair needed; door roller popped out of door guide. Your technician was professional, informative, and checked to see if could determine why the issue occured. Very pleased with the prompt response to my concerns.

The technician was excellent. He apologized for not recommending an emergency release during the first installation. We were locked out of the garage with no emergency release. The technician was far more professional than the manager. I ask the tech if I could be compensated for the inconvenience with an additional remote. He clearly explained the inventory policy. It was an inconvenience to the tenant whose car was inside and myself since I had to make a trip to the property.

I received a quick same day response. The tech was friendly, honest about the repair that I requested. I then ask about the opener which he had on the truck. He was very efficient, no problems, no worries and when registering my opener, I was able to send for a rebate. I was totally pleased.Keep up the excellent customer service. Excellent. Great service on the phone and service technician (Jesus)arrived early (and called ahead). He fixed everything necessary which amounted to re-syncing the car opener system in two cars as well as the two portable devices. I am highly impressed and will use Precision Door Service for annual maintenance and any other related needs to our overhead door

My experience with Precision from the beginning (easy to find and understand on the internet) to the initial phone conversation with the dispatcher, to the actual repair was incredibly professional and friendly. Brian, the technician knew exactly what to do to perform all the repairs and upgrades to make our garage door work like new. My situation prevents the installation of a garage door opener without a new garage door, and as a renter I don't want to invest in that for the property owner. That said, Ralph, who came to do the free estimate, was very sweet, knowledgeable, and did his best to consider all possibilities before we realized it could not be done. Should the landlord ever agree to replacing the old wood door, I would definitely give Precision my business.

I was informed that Sergio would be the one coming to install my door. When he showed up he was very nice and was right on time. He did a very good job putting the new door up, I was nervous because it was all glass. He had no problems and the door works fantastic!! I would refer Precision to all my family and friends.

Precision came to my rescue! My door was hanging when I came home at midnight. I called in and was scheduled for a technician to arrive in approximately an hour. Sure enough he did and got my door working. It was nice using a professional company at those hours. Would recommend them to EVERYONE!

We have called Precision twice to come to repair our garage door. The first time we had found out the spring had busted. They repaired it quickly and we haven't had any trouble with it. The second repair was for the wood that is on the header. They were quick to come out and fix it. They stand behind their warranty. They are polite and professional and come when they say they will.
