I saw a Precision commercial on TV so I called. The experience was pleasant from the beginning. The call center was professional and understanding of my needs. I was given a window time for the same day. Forty minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from Miguel saying he would be arriving in 30 minutes. When he arrived, I explained to him which was a cable and wheel problem on the door. He was very knowledgeable and a extremely hard worker. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer or use your service again!!!

Provided key points on the maintenance that is required for the life of the torsion springs, coils, bearings and minor adjustments. Replaced emergency vault relief with keys and instructions for operations during power outage. Star rating for the technician and Precision Door is a 5.

I must say that Precision was great. they came on time. The installers were friendly, nice, made me feel comfortable about the purchase. They installed a double garage door in less that 2hrs. There was no mess, they cleaned up when they were done, made sure I was happy with the new door and that it worked to my satisfaction. I could have not asked for anything more. They were Great

Fast same day service. This was a rental property and the tenants were anxious to get this issue fixed ASAP. Called them @ 8:15 am and they had a technician out there at 1pm. The bad news was the existing 12 yr old door opener, despite having a new receiver logic board installed, failed completely. So the only option was replacement of the whole unit. Miguel was very professional, knew what he was doing, and had the new replacement all installed in about 2 hours. I will strongly consider having Precision Garage Door out for my future needs as they arise.

I prefer to use services from companies that have good/great ratings from the BBB and customer reviews and Precision Door Service has both. My experience from requesting service to having the work completed was simple and stress-free. Within 24 hours of calling in my request, I got a call from William F. (the technician) to inform me that he was en route and he arrived within the expected window of time. The online bios and pictures gave me an extra level of confidence of knowing who to expect. William quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my options, gave me an accurate estimated time to complete the project, and was done in less than an hour. He was professional, courteous and personable - all great things to be when paying for a service. Will definitely use Precision again after my 20 year old garage door motor eventually gives out.
