I always choose carefully whether it's what vitamins to buy or which shoe company to support our whether our not the owner of a restaurant treats their employees right... I actually do research stuff like that. precision door got good reviews, & I noticed that their website said something to the effect of "don't just rush out & replace your existing door. let us inspect it & see if it can be repaired." (I'm paraphrasing, but that's the gist of it.) that kind of thing really resonates with me. that's integrity. when mark the technician showed up, he was professional, but cool & personable. he was patient & informative... truly helpful. he found that he could indeed fix my garage door without replacing much of anything. once he got the parts, he had my door opening & closing itself in no time. I highly recommend these folks.

I was desperate! During remodel, I misplaced the one working remote. I had another one that was iffy. Changed the batteries, tried to reset it a few times. It would work, then it would not work. I had the garage door closed and I had no other access!!! I called on Memorial Day. They took the call and gave me an appointment the next day, today, 5/31/16 between 8 am to 12 noon. The serviceman first called to confirm the appointment and showed up around 8:30 am!! No wasted day, which i really appreciated. Then he explained all that needed to be done to possibly get inside the garage. Well, he did his magic and I was so glad. OMG. If he wouldn't have been able to open my garage door, it would have been a bad situation. So I am very happy and satisfied with their service. Right the next day, right on time, and it didn't even take long for him to do the job. And now I don't ever have to worry because he installed the emergency lock on the front of the garage. Anthony Diaz was very professional and explained what happened to our garage door and what the options were. The best part is having the photos and names of the technician on the website. It was great to have the garage door working as I had phoned two other outfits and they were no show and one was very late and wanted payment. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service especially Anthony Diaz as they carry what's needed on their truck.

I am so happy that we found Precision. Any time we have the least little problem, Precision sends someone out right away and fixed it in minutes! I'm not sure if i wrote down the correct product. We were very happy with our technician- Daniel- and the wprk he performed. He got to our house in the time alloted by your company. There are a LOT of companies where that doesn't happe, so a big plus right there! he was up front and honest about what we needs. He gave us several options and my husband was very pleased with the finished work.

Martin came out as a result of a service call request made by me due to my garage door not closing. Upon his arrival, he pointed out a number of things wrong with the garage door I wanted serviced. A subsequent appointment was made for the installation of a garage door opener, etc. I am appreciative of the fact that he detected the sundry problems which could have led to serious damage and expense.

The repair person was friendly, and listen to my problems. The Garage doors needed adjustment, and he did a complete job. He also installed a out side garage door opener. He was on time, and dressed clean, and looked like you could trust him. called Fidel I am happy with the repair overall job. The repair cost was not cheap, but little above average. But the results is what counts. He known his work, and garage door operation very well. I would call them again. They are much better then the last Garage Door repair Company. that came to the house. FIVE STARS. Thank you.
