My automatic garage door opener was acting up and would not go all the way down. It happened that a Precision Door Services technician was giving an estimate to one of my neighbors. This was on a Friday; I asked is he would look at my garage door problem. The technician was Sean Hogan and noted the springs were not tight enough and the unit computer might be working only intermittently. I called on Monday morning and Eric Padilla came to look at the problem. He replaced both door springs and tested the automatic door which had rebooted and was working. Both Sean and Eric were polite, efficient and professional. I am happy to say the garage door is working well now. I would definitely call Precision Door if I have another problem with the automatic door.

I have used Precision Doors for several years and would not use anyone else. Several years I had Precision replace my springs and other necessary parts. Recently you came out (the same day I called) for a loud noise when the door closed. I have referred Precision to several of my neighbors who have are also now using Precision Doors. Additionally, I referred you to a friend who is going to purchase a door for her brother for Christmas and have you install it, obviously. We received outstanding service from Precision Door Services. I called the office on Friday evening and spoke with Taylor who was helpful and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I received a call from Eric P promptly at 8:00 AM. He provided me with an ETA and texted shortly before arrival. Eric P explained the garage door issue and repaired it as well as performing a “service” to the garage door. Eric P was professional, patient and knowledgable. The best thing about Precision is that a technician was sent out to my house on the very day I called in my problem with my garage door! Talk about a stress-reliever! I got lucky with a technician named Jason who was so friendly and courteous and professional that it melted the stress away. He did a good job and now my garage door is operating smoothly. The only criticism I have is the email invoice. It is NINE pages long! Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer a one-page invoice to keep as a record of the service I received. Thank you, Susan Johnson

Jason was extremely professional and did an excellent job of installing my new garage door opener which was more difficult to place that normally would be expected. I was amazed that he was able to do the work in the same day and had all the necessary equipment with him. The job lasted about an hour and 1/2 and the installation was flawless. I would recommend Precision To anyone in need of anything having to do with garage doors. You could probably spend a little less elsewhere but you have to bear in mind you get what you pay for and I am very pleased at the work that was done on my garage. I'm a firm believer in paying for something wants and getting a good quality product even if I have to spend a little more. Thank you Jason for your professional and polite manner and your strong work ethic.
