Great Service! I called on a Sunday on the way out the door to our sons soccer game when the garage door opener made noise but nothing would happen. I spoke to the lady on the phone and she told me she would have a technician there within the next hour. When he arrived he was well mannered and professional. He showed me the problem and gave me several options along with pricing. I agreed to the service and he got right to work. Precision was great company!

I called precision on Saturday to see what the problem was with my garage door. I called several places and some didnt answer and others had an enormous service call to come out. I found precision on line and they advertised "no extra charges for nights and weekends". Sure enough when I called a young lady answered promptly and sheduled me for a 2 hour appointment later that same day. The technician arrived about 25 minutes into the time frame and was great. It was nice finding a company this well and organized.

My technician called to let me know that he would be arriving early as long as it was ok. He was knowledgeable and polite. He repaired the door in no time and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Precision Garage door again.

It was 10pm at night when I arrived home to find my door off track. I called precision and they picked up on the second ring. I was notified that there was no additional charges for nights or weekends. (Like their website says) The lady on the phone told me a technician would be there within the hour and sure enough he arrived on time, addressed the problem and I was back in business in no time! Do yourself a favor and call these guys!

I had to call Precision Door Service last week I heard my Garage door Spring break. They sent out a technician within an hour. After explaining the needs and the price he was done in less than one hour. Precision displayed professionalism from the get go.

Jesus showed to my house during the time frame I was given. We addressed the problem I was having along with a couple other minor issues that may have caused the major one I was having. He gave me prices and let me know he had the parts on the truck and could do the repair while he was there. I agreed and he did a great job in a timely manner.

Called Precision to see about getting someone to come out and service my door. They gave me a time slot the same day and said the technician would call when he is in route. The office called about 30 minutes into my time frame and made me aware the technician was running a litte bit behind and would be there in the the next 45 minutes. He arrived as they had told me and was very well mannered and professional. That means a lot these days. Good job guys!
