Came to my house, diagnosed garage opener, completed repair and even made adjustments to the last company who installed the opener. I wish I had met these folks when I needed a new opener! Precision is the most professionally run company I have ever used. Their phone operators are articulate, friendly and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze. They immediately confirm your appointment by email and send you a picture and bio of the service rep that will be coming to your home. The service rep calls you to let you know when he will arrive. Their service reps are friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. Other companies should learn to run their businesses like Precision!!

The service person was very friendly and professional, nothing in writing regarding the quote. Looking back I think I was overcharged, the cost was $485.00 for less than a half hours work. The door is functioning, but shifted way to the right side with a bent track. The tech got the garage door working, I just think it was a bit excessive in cost.

Was in a panic, the door springs on our garage door snapped and we could not get the door open. I called Saturday morning and was told someone would be out by noon. Someone was there by 9 am new springs installed with a 3 year warranty. Very happy with the service and quick response
