My situation prevents the installation of a garage door opener without a new garage door, and as a renter I don't want to invest in that for the property owner. That said, Ralph, who came to do the free estimate, was very sweet, knowledgeable, and did his best to consider all possibilities before we realized it could not be done. Should the landlord ever agree to replacing the old wood door, I would definitely give Precision my business.

I was informed that Sergio would be the one coming to install my door. When he showed up he was very nice and was right on time. He did a very good job putting the new door up, I was nervous because it was all glass. He had no problems and the door works fantastic!! I would refer Precision to all my family and friends.

Precision came to my rescue! My door was hanging when I came home at midnight. I called in and was scheduled for a technician to arrive in approximately an hour. Sure enough he did and got my door working. It was nice using a professional company at those hours. Would recommend them to EVERYONE!

We have called Precision twice to come to repair our garage door. The first time we had found out the spring had busted. They repaired it quickly and we haven't had any trouble with it. The second repair was for the wood that is on the header. They were quick to come out and fix it. They stand behind their warranty. They are polite and professional and come when they say they will.
