This is not a complain. The new garage door works perfectly. The technician, Jason Stanfield, left us remotes which controls the garage door. I live in a townhouse complex with a main gate into the inside driveway. The main gate is also controlled remotely. Unfortunately, the new remotes, even though each with 3 buttons, do not work for the main gate. Jason promised to look into it and to find something that works on both. I have not heard from him since. I understand that there may not exist such remote, but I would like to one way of another. I did email him a few days ago to northlaoffice@precisiondoor.net. I wonder if the that URL can received an email.

The technician Victor promptly diagnosed and remedied the problem. He thoroughly explained to me why the problem occured and how he will correct it and the cost which was minimal. The garage door opener now works like new.

Sam C. (manager) and Ruben B. (technician) did an excellent job. Sam went beyond the call of duty - he balanced my 30+ year old garage door and spent considerable amount of time making sure that the garage door opener system was operating properly. Sam was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and willing to work with my budget as I have to replace my garage door opener in the very near future and the hardware at a later time. Ruben was very efficient. Mr. White -- you are very lucky to have such employees who truly cared about the quality of their job performance and the satisfaction of your customers. I selected Precision because they installed a Genie garage door opener and all new springs ten years ago and received excellent service at that time. Now that one of the 4 springs just broke and I did not hesitate to call on them again. The technician this time was Tony P. and he was courteous, efficient, and did a good job.

I called Precision because my door was making alot of noises and sqeaking very bad. The office sent Martin out later that day and he made a few adjustments, lubed the door, and changed out the rollers. My door has never worked so good or this quiet. This company will do well.

It’s rare, but we needed someone to look at the door/ opener recently. The remote and the door work fine again. Very good service.
