Wonderful service. What seems like a small problem can be very upsetting when you are old and not feeling well. I was very pleasently surprised how quickly you responded and how great your technician, Armando Bacco, was explaining what he was doing. My problem was solved efficiently and at a very fair price. After finding Precision on Next Door and reading the reviews on Precision's website, I called and made an appointment to get my garage springs replaced so the door would open. In the afternoon that same day, Julian, Precision's technician, arrived at the appointment time after calling me to let me know that he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. He inspected my garage door and and it's opener. Gave me the results of the inspection and the options for fixing the door--replacing the springs. He replaced the springs and serviced the door and it worked great after that. Julian was friendly and positive, personable, and quick, and thorough in fixing my garage door so it works great again. I will definitely use Precision again for any garage repairs.

It was time to replace our garage door motor. Julian arrived on time and explained the options I had to choose from. Unfortunately the garage door opener I wanted, would not work because of a beam I have in the garage. The final outcome, he helped pick out the right motor for us and my wife and I are very happy with it.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. We had a new garage door installed less than a year ago and we were not happy with another company's replacement service. Precision Garage Door, specifically Armando, kept me informed of his arrival window, gave me an assessment of my garage door opener/battery, and replaced needed parts for the actual door. I wish I had found Precision G.D. last year when our garage door broke.
