Exceeded our expectations! Came out the same day we called. JONATHAN RAMIREZ was our technician. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. Did not “upcharge” us for the appointment…We’ve used two previous companies in the past and not satisfied for several reasons… Will never use another company for our garage repair!

As I was watching my garage door close, something snapped, and it slid shut. So I called Precision, and Sean Hogan came to the rescue for same day service. Turns out, the motor was busted, and the belt gave way. Since my motor was outdated, I agreed to a brand new motor and belt and sensors. Sean was super friendly, professional, and very efficient. I'm very happy with the results.

Precision is fabulous. I called in a panic on a Saturday and they sent Eric, an expert technician, on Sunday. He arrived on time (actually, a bit earlier than promised) and fixed the problem quickly and correctly the first time. We couldn't be happier!

Our garage door would not open yesterday evening. We were on our way to a Memorial Service. I called and your `call center`[Michelle] was most unhelpful even when I explained the circumstances as well as I had to be at Cedar Sinai this morning for a medical procedure. After almost 30 minutes and my demanding to speak to someone in authority she put me through to Mike , general manager who happens to live 11 minutes from us. He was so helpful and pleasant. He came over and determined the springs had broken [we had your company install a new Liftmaster in February 2019] and arranged for Eric to be here around 8 am today. We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door Service for many years. They are extremely responsive and professional. Russ Trumpy and his assistant attended to us today and recommended a new garage door opener as ours was 15 years old and did not have a back up battery which apparently will become a legal requirement on July 1st , 2019. This will avoid the problems each time there is a power outage. Also, this new garage door opener system is so quiet compared to our previous one. Thank you. Charles Schnaid

The technician reviewed the door operation and was helpful in reassuring me that the door was fully functional, although a little noisy. We both agreed that at this time I didn't need to replace the rollers, but will need to some time in the future. I have used Precision in the past.

Precision was extremely easy to work with on my garage door issue. I live 125 miles from Sherman Oaks where my condo is. A hinge and roller carrier failed Friday. I found Precision online and called. They immediately set up a tentative repair time for Saturday morning. They phoned my tenant ahead, arrived, changed out all the rollers, saving future calls on more failures and tuned up the whole system and were gone in barely an hour and the door works better than ever and is now very quite. All that with a single phone call be me to the right company. Thank you Precision.

Trevor explained everything to me. Never tried to over sell me anything. He did a Super Great Job. I call 4 different 24 - 7 repair places and Precision was the only place that had a real person answer. All the others had no answer or leave a message, still have not heard back. Plus Precision sent a email with pictures of the tech persons. Can't say enough good things. PS. They came on a Sunday.

After our garage door suddenly seized up and would no longer function one evening, I called Precision, who arranged for a repair technician to come out to our house the next day at the only time at which I could make an appointment that day. The repair technician, Jayson showed up on time and showed us immediately what had happened. Jayson then took a long time explaining all of our options and showing us various alternatives, each time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. He then performed the chosen repair option and completed the job within the time he said it would take, even though he unexpectedly had to re-balance the door. In addition, rather than just leave us with manuals, he offered to and did, re-sync the new remotes and our car links to the new system he installed, for no extra charge. The new motor and hardware is now functioning perfectly. After this service, I would not call anyone else for garage door repair.

We had a poorly installed garage door opener from another company two years ago and it recently had trouble closing. After a failed assessment and the problem persisting, Precision sent us your Tech Daniel Radcliffe to service our door. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he and I tried a couple of options to try and maintain the previous motor and extend it's life. Unfortunately, after a couple of visits with some wire work and spring work (one visit at no charge), the door was fine for a couple weeks and then the problem returned. Daniel concluded that the motor had just been overworked and was finished. Our new opener works great (and installed correctly) and I would like to thank Daniel for his time and professionalism with our situation and his willingness to work with us to try and save and maintain the previous opener. Definitely a five star rating! Precision and most importantly their technician, Daniel Radcliffe, were wonderful from start to finish. We called on a Sunday at 4:15 pm after a major breakdown on the cable of our old unit. Daniel was able to install a new, far superior garage door opener immediately, haul the old one away, instruct us on the new unit, install a light bulb, and connect the remote mechanism to our cars. Daniel was very informative and his work was exceptional and much appreciated. It was a pleasant and efficient experience from the initial phone call to the completed installation.

Brian was terrific. Our garage door opener did not work. He showed us what was wrong and what we needed to fix the problem. He was efficient and improvised when something did not fit right. He was very organized and had all the equipment and tools he needed to complete the job. We used Precision in 2009 and again in December 2023 to replace springs on our garage door. On both occasions Precision were able to come out on next business day and quickly and efficiently replaced the springs.
