Erick was prompt in determined what had happened with our garage door, once he was able to opened up, he showed us where the issues were and he also noticed other issues that needed to be taken care of. Once the price of all necessary work was explained he proceeded to start working on the repairs and in less than the estimated time, our garage was working again. He was polite, friendly and efficient.

Needed my Liftmaster replaced after 14 years. Jason arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the need to replace the unit, sensors, added new rollers, springs and keypad. After 3 hours, the door is now quiet and works great. Highly recommended company.

Once I was able to reach Precision Garage Door (there was an incorrect 866 number on the website) I was amazed at their service. This is the second or third time we've used their services and they are the absolute best garage door company out there. The answered the phone (once I had the correct toll free number), scheduled an appt and the tech, Russ, called and confirmed with me several times. Russ was fantastic. Precision Garage door is truly outstanding. Maybe a little expensive but well worth the outstanding customer service.

i can always count on precision to come in a prompt manner whenever i have called. i started using them several years ago when i had a problem with my door not closing. it was around 9 o'clock at night & i checked the yellow pages for someone who had 24 hr service. i called them & within 30 minutes they were at my home repairing several items. i have used them ever sense.

Over all I am very happy with the entire process . At 1030 am I googled garage door repair , precision was the first on the list. I clicked and called they gave me a 2 hr window 12-2. I asked to make it sooner they said they would try. The rep on the phone was really nice and accommodating, she did say the tech would call me when he was on the way ( that didn't happen , no big deal cuz it was only a 2 hr window ) The tech was on time showed up at 1215 ( tech name Russ) super cool easy going guy gave me all the details of what's wrong with my garage door an what it would cost to fix The price seamed a lil high to me but I really don't know what high or low price is when it comes to fixing garage doors ... I could not be me impressed or happier with the service from Premier Garage Door. First, Fidel showed up on time. He was courtesy and knowledgeable. He repaired our roll-up garaged door then I at the last minute I bought and Fidel installed a new garage door opening. All on Sunday! I have found few companies that are as outstanding as Precision. This is how I run my company and I'm happy to see that there are other business owners that take pride in offering superior customer service.

I picked your company out of telephone book. I called about a broken garage door spring replacement. My appointment was scaled for the day I called. You service representative, Brian, arrived at the start of the scheduled time. He explained that the broken spring and the other spring on the right side should be replaced. He explained the cost breakout of the service call. He replaced the two springs. He also inspected the various parts of the garage door. The two springs on the left side did not need to be replaced at this time.
