I have had a Precision Garage Door opener for atleast 12 years. Your product is the best. I know because I had two other garage door openers before. Even my neighbors have told me how quite my door is compared to theirs.

Found you in the yellow pages last month when my old garage door operner went out. Called two companies. The first company that came out that same day I was not impressed with the tech. Your company was booked for the next day. I impressed with the tech., his knowledge of your product. On Dec. 2nd your tech. came out to service unit has a wire at come loose causing the door no to function properly. They gave me a time frame of 12-4. At 12 the tech called to say he was on his way and gave the time I could expect him. Even with the rainy streets he was right on time. Located the problem immediately and fixed it. Ability to get a appointment within a day is great. Tech. is very presentable in a clean uniform. He made me feel he cared about my problem. He was respectful of my property. I called in this morning and was given a time between 8-10:00 am and Adam arrived promptly a 10:00. My lock turned out to be a real problem in getting it out to insert a new one and Adam had the patience to continue on and on for a long time! He truly provides customer service! Mike, did a wonderful job with my repair and replacement of springs.He was professional and to the point of what needed to be repaired.I was on a time crunch due to being on my lunch break but he was able to complete my estimate and repair in a short matter of time.I wanted to thank Precision and Mike for being efficient, professional and providing great quality service. The previously installed new garage door opener motor was defective and a new one had to be installed. Brian Rojas and Rayfael, who also installed a new garage door a week ago) had been out before today several times to see if the opener could be adjusted, which it could not. Brian installed the new replacement motor today and was his usual professional and courtesy self. My wife and I appreciated his being on time and efficient in his installing the new motor. Glad to report everything seems to be working as it should.

Jesus, the repair person was actually early! He was courteous, informative, and professional. He replaced the springs quickly and double checked that the door was working properly before leaving. I was very pleased with his work, but more importantly with his professionalism.

The service technician Brian R was very prompt, actually an hour early! He explained well the repairs to be done and the estimated cost, which is reasonable. The job was well done, with a one year warranty. My expectations were met. I'll recommend Precision to my friends needing garage door repairs.

Thanks alot! Quick, professional service available on SUNDAY! We had another quote over the phone from another company who didn't show up because we didn't commit over the phone to the quoted price. I'd just like to say that 5 STARS are NOT ENOUGH!!! What an incredibly polished and well-managed business structure. I got awesome garage-door-issue resolution so very FAST!! Great congenial personnel on the phones,too. Rachel set up my appointment. About a half an hour after getting off the phone and making the appointment I decided to go move my car so the technician would have room to work. Martin, the technician, was already driving up withH a great big smile. He was a first-class pro right from the start. Got the job done in record time. And such a great attitude about applying his skills and experience to GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!! He also was great about sharing personal advice and suggestions for maintenance and long-term care, etc. PRECISION IS ON MY LIST "FOREVER" OF WHO TO CALL FOR GARAGE DOOR ISSUES. :) THANKS AGAIN, TONS!
