Precision Door Simi Valley done a great job. When I scheduled the service, I was given 8am-noon window. On the day of the service, I got a call from Russ at 7:45am, saying he is on his way. At 8am he started working. Russ explained to me all about the situation and what repairs are needed and why. He has done a very nice job in a professional and friendly way. If/when I need to fix a garage door or opener - I am calling Precision Door, asking for Russ!

Your service was excellent, the technician even called at about 8:30 saying that he had 3 calls before mine and that he could not get to mine till later which was very considerate and enabled me to do a few errands before he came. The repair was very miner, of course I didn't know this at the time and I was very surprised when he said there was no charge. I would give you a 5 star and definitely recommend your company to anyone who has a garage door problem. i am a return customer and would never go anywhere else. Thank you.

You guys were great! Thanks for the speedy response on the phone and Eric could not have been more attentive to my emergency issue. He let me know when he was on his way, assessed the problem and the solution, checked out all 3 doors, worked diligently and thoroughly to install the new spring, and did it all with a much appreciated customer focus and a smile. I am impressed with their prompt response to my phone call last night and I was called early this morning to tell me when to expect them. They fixed my door, added a cable and battery backup plus oiled it so it doesn’t make noise. Highly recommend this company!

When my 34+ year old garage door opener stopped working last Friday, I went online and found Precision. I made an appointment for the next day. Victor arrived and in fewer than two hours, installed a new opener, new rollers and a new wall unit that included a safety lock-out. He explained everything about the use of my new unit. Also, the new opener is so much more quiet than the original. I would use Precision again and request Victor.

My installer was extremely professional and efficient. I was satisfied with with installation and overall process, but I was highly disappointed in the overall price of the job. I paid $800 for just a garage door opener and parts that cost no more than $350 retail. This means I paid $450 labor on a job that took about 2 hours. My garage door broke on Thanksgiving. I had to replace it the day after and did not have time to shop around for rates. I feel like the $800 price for just a garage door opener was extremely high.

Technician was fantastic and finished work in timely manner. Felt bad for him because it was sooo hot today. Very knowledgeable and informative. Only one thing he installed new rollers on my garage door and it was so quiet for first couple of times used opener now is squeaking and making noise. Could you have technician come back and oil or something the wheels. Liked also very much that precision was available on such short notice. Overall very satisfied

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. My next door neighbor was have his garage doors replaced and I asked the Tec. Dan to look at my remote when he had the time. He came to my home and immediately diagnosed that we had a fraying garage door cable which could have been a very serious problem if not replaced. Dan called his office and they sent Tomas in 90 minutes, Tomas replaced both cables and fixed the remote in about 40 minutes and for a reasonable cost too. These guys are the BEST!!! Howard Bergman

They also programmed some new remotes for me as well as programmed the remote feature in three of our vehicles. Victor was my technician, who arrived on time as promised. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, pointing out details of my garage door that I was not aware of.
