Victor came to my house today to diagnose and deal with a problem with our remote garage door openers not working. He very quickly explored different theories, and then asked me if we had any LED lights recently installed. He told me that LED lights emit a signal that can interfere with the remote garage door signals. He then discovered that we had LED lights in the garage door equipment itself, and when he removed the lights the remotes worked fine. I was really impressed with his diagnostic skills and he was so nice. I only was charged a minimal visit fee. I've definitely put Precision Garage Door Service in my data base and that is who I will call for any future issues -- and I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

When my 34+ year old garage door opener stopped working last Friday, I went online and found Precision. I made an appointment for the next day. Victor arrived and in fewer than two hours, installed a new opener, new rollers and a new wall unit that included a safety lock-out. He explained everything about the use of my new unit. Also, the new opener is so much more quiet than the original. I would use Precision again and request Victor.

The technician reviewed the door operation and was helpful in reassuring me that the door was fully functional, although a little noisy. We both agreed that at this time I didn't need to replace the rollers, but will need to some time in the future. I have used Precision in the past.

I called Precision because I was having trouble with my roller door popping back up when we tried to close it with our car/remote. My technician, Victor, came the following day and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, but in the end, I decided to get a new garage door opener, and I had him replace all the rollers on the garage door. Prior to Victor coming, our door was very noisy and frequently would pop back up when trying to close it. By the time he left, we had a SILENT garage door that worked perfectly. I was so excited !! It had been very loud for 15 years. I will ALWAYS recommend Prevision Door Service when someone needs repair/renewal of their garage door or opener. Great service !

Victor was my technician, who arrived on time as promised. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, pointing out details of my garage door that I was not aware of. Precision is a good company however they are expensive. They replaced the limit switch on my garage door opener and charged me $145 for a small inexpensive part and 10 minutes labor. I like the company and their technician but I think that price is excessive. They have you in a vulnerable position when you garage door doesn't work and take advantage of you. I have no problem with fair pricing but that is not fair.

Great job. Quick, efficient. The technician (Victor) needed 2 parts to repair my garage door opener, and he had both of them in his truck. 30 Minutes, and done! Reasonable charge, too. Victor was friendly and knowledgeable.
