Colt responded to my rental property. Tenant reported a malfunction with garage door. Door was operating fine when Colt inspected it. Colt called me and thoroughly explained everything. I called Precision for several reasons, the first is trust. Last year a tech came to check my garage door and found it just needed an adjustment, no problems with the motor or other parts. This year I had an emergency and called what I thought was a local company to come right away. It turned out the company I called was unlicensed and fraudulent. I had Precision come back and tech Colt Baker was very helpful, inspected the work and gave me an honest estimate. It's obvious Precision takes pride in their work and the people they hire. Be careful, a number of the companies listed in a Google search are not local nor licensed. Precision did the work well and on time.
