I had hoped to get a call or email by this time regarding when the garage door & motor i paid for would be delivered & installed. I already wrote a check for $150, last Saturday July 13. Today is after the Tuesday business day on July 16. Hope to hear from Precision soon, email preferably, t schedule an install. Ordered one single car garage door and motor set up.

Alex was my technician. He was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. the problem was a simple one but overall I would be needing a new opener and maybe sooner rather than later. When our garage door was broken on March 7th. We checked Google and found the Precision Door Service has good reviews. On March 8th Alex F came to our house in the afternoon. First he had friendly and pleasant manner which put us at ease. He fixed the The Torsion Springs and balanced the door in less than an hour time. He was very professional and skillful in his work. Our family were very appreciate it.

I called on Sunday afternoon and Alex was here Monday morning. He installed a new garage door opener for us, replacing our old one which opened erratically whenever it wanted to. Alex was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Alex Filipovic, our service tech, was fantastic. He is articulate, a nice guy and was careful to ensure a quality job. Our repair wasn't easy, the track got knocked out of alignment and some brackets bent due to a collision with the door. It took some work but he got it back up keeping costs down. Great work!!

Last Friday,my garage door suddenly would only open using the master opener switch on the garage wall.Neither of my 2 remotes worked and the opener light constantly blinked. I chose Precision mainly because of all the great responses and comments from other customers.An appointment was made for Sunday AM . Alex Filipovic was the technician that came out. Alex was commented on favorably on Precision's review page and he didn't disappointing.Alex was friendly,candid and professional. He found the problem which was a simple reset of the garage door opener. It was a relief to pay a fair service fee,when you have visions of motor replacement costs or worse in your mind.
