The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame that was given to me by the dispatcher. The technician explained the three options that would be available to accomplish the job. The repair/replacement job was done to my satisfaction although I think the total bill was very expensive

Five Star: We called out Precision as they had done the last repair (Spring & Roller replacement) a fews year back. The door was crooked when it closed and you had to hold down the opener button for it to work, especially in the car with the built-in opener. Our technician Jaysen was very helpful in explaining how each component helps the door & opener to operate correctly. He disconnected the opener and showed me how the door could barely be moved manually. He spotted the frayed cable and replaced it. He also fixed a roller that was in the wrong hinge position (prior Precision install), tightened the spring, re-balanced the door and adjusted the actual opener. Now works just fine with the single opener touch and travels fairly smoothly considering the opener/door is over 15 years old. Jaysen also gave a tip on replacing the bottom seal which I want to do myself when the time comes.

Tony Palmer and his assistant did a great job installing my new LiftMaster garage door opener. So far it is working beautifully and I really appreciate how quiet it is. They took the time to make sure that everything got programmed and was working properly, including my car. It was an excellent service call with two skilled and personable young men.

I found Precision through the Auto Club website. They responded quickly to my call for an estimate and scheduled the work later in the week. Luis did a very nice job installing the door and opener. I am very pleased with the results!

Over all I am very happy with the entire process . At 1030 am I googled garage door repair , precision was the first on the list. I clicked and called they gave me a 2 hr window 12-2. I asked to make it sooner they said they would try. The rep on the phone was really nice and accommodating, she did say the tech would call me when he was on the way ( that didn't happen , no big deal cuz it was only a 2 hr window ) The tech was on time showed up at 1215 ( tech name Russ) super cool easy going guy gave me all the details of what's wrong with my garage door an what it would cost to fix The price seamed a lil high to me but I really don't know what high or low price is when it comes to fixing garage doors ... My first experience with Precision exceeded expectations, though it was an avid referral of a trusted neighbour that connected us. The service, from the return phone call and appointment scheduling, to the timely arrival of the technician to my door, was very good; indeed it was superior to my experience with two previous garage door firms. So, yes, a hearty and well-deserved recommendation they've earned.

Expectations: 1)The technician was able to diagnose and repair the problem pretty quickly. 2) It would have been nicer if he came earlier, but he did come within the 4 hour window. 3) I guess the price was OK, but it is natural to want a lower price, isn't it? Why Precision? 1. We used this company before. Other: We hope you recycle the 15 hinges which were replaced. This is really for your use, we do not want you to post this online. We are satisfied with the technician and the company.

Your tech was on time and did a very fast and great job. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting (almost $200 apiece for springs), but he was very upfront about what the problem was, what the cost was, and how long it would take him.

Garage door repair - Genie trolly replaced. I thought it was quite costly for such a simple part and changeout. The mandatory service charge did not necessary at $49.95. My garage door wouldn't close properly, so I made a last-minute call to "Precision Garage Doors" (after conducting Google/Internet search). I was extremely pleased to see they were able to come to my home within 2 hours, arrived on time, and Jesus (my Tech) was very polite, explained options I had, and his repairs were performed quickly and professionally. I had options, but deciced to replace my 10 year old springs & rollers, and had some various minor repairs done on my door/motor. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing repairs on their garage door, and would definitely call them again in the future if I were to have any problems. The technician was excellent. He apologized for not recommending an emergency release during the first installation. We were locked out of the garage with no emergency release. The technician was far more professional than the manager. I ask the tech if I could be compensated for the inconvenience with an additional remote. He clearly explained the inventory policy. It was an inconvenience to the tenant whose car was inside and myself since I had to make a trip to the property.

I am very satisfied with the work Jesus did. His recommendations were right-on. I wish I had used Presicion a few years ago when the door broke last time. The last company refused to offer me a warranty (which should have been a red flag). The door opens much more quietly now. The cost was a bit more that I was expecting, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

A little pricey but the guarantee is for three years and the parts are supposedly better than normal. Martin was fast and efficient. He also replaced the garage door rollers and lubed everything. Overall I am pleased with the repair.

He did a fine job and did not take long doing it. However, I did have trouble a couple of days later with the door closing. I did call and another person came and explained the problem and took care of it. It seems to be working fine now.

Found you on the internet. Discovered you've got multiple company names and phone numbers, but all goes to the same source. I knew all I needed was a 'service' on the door; lubrication, tightening of the operator chain and operator load adjustment. Very pleasant young lady answered my call, and provided information after a couple of questions. It was unclear that the $49 service call was just to show up, and assess work to be done, and then advise what Additional cost there would be. She also stated that the technician would call to advise his estimated arrival time, somewhere 6 to 8PM. Jesus showed up in my driveway at 7:30; said he wasn't told to call ahead. Very pleasant young man, and knowledgeable on door maintenance. Very confident in his presentation. After discussion as to what was 'needed', we didn't agree at first, Jesus got to task, and lubricated the hinges, rollers, spring and operator track and chain. Took all of 20 minutes, tops. He then assisted me in properly connecting my motorcycle remote control device to the installed door operator. Although he'd had no previous knowledge, we quickly connected and verified operation of the setup; perhaps, another 10 minutes. Very pleasant interaction with Jesus, and I am pleased with his work. He then prepared the bill/invoice, which came at a total of $85 after applying my $15 internet 'discount' coupon. I thought that was rather high, but, as Jesus was quick and so helpful, I didn't ask why. We paid him by check, and he graciously departed. I then looked at the invoice, and discovered there is a $49 service fee, a $30 repair fee, AND, a $20 'labor' fee. Surprised by so many indistinguishable 'fees'... Good service for sure; a bit pricey, as well... total time on site of 45 minutes. 3 and a half stars... could have been 4+ if fully disclosed fees ahead.

I called to set up the repair on Sat. morning expecting to have to wait till the next week for the service. I was pleasantly surprised to be told someone would be out between 6 & 8 that evening. I received a call around 6:30 explaining that the tech was delayed, but would be out as soon as possible. Again, I was expecting to have to wait, but he arrived at 9:30 and the repair was made within a few minutes. Thank you!
