Jaysen called me prior to arriving and showed up with in afew minutes. He was very professional and gave me some options. My old opener had major linkage problems. I had just spent 700 dollars with some other company and did not fix my problem Jaysen put a new opener and other asses it needed. I have piece of mind now with a great quiet motor. Thanks to Jaysen. For sure I give Precision a 5 stars rating. The service I received was nothing short of awesome from beginning to end. They replied to the service call in no time and scheduled me on the same day. They sent me confirmation with the name of the technician on his way and a link to his profile. I knew I was waiting for Jaysen. He called to confirm his arrival. He arrived on time with a big smile which exactly what I needed to see after a long stressful day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything, fixed my garage door, inspected the whole garage door and gave me great tips. That was the best customer service I received in a very long time.. Talk about a great example to emulate. I know where to go if I am ever in need for garage door service. I would recommend Precision and Jaysen to anyone and everyone.

I give Precision a 5-start rating. Jaysen and his partner came out within three hours of the time I called for service and replaced the weather seal and aluminum retainer on my door. They were very nice, polite and professional and gave me good advice on the condition of my door. They finished the job in about an hour and I was very pleased with the service. Actually, what made me select Precision was my first impression with my initial phone call. The staff was very nice and accommodating and scheduled me for same day service. I will definitely call Precision again for my future garage door needs. Thank you, Jaysen, for being so nice!

After our garage door suddenly seized up and would no longer function one evening, I called Precision, who arranged for a repair technician to come out to our house the next day at the only time at which I could make an appointment that day. The repair technician, Jayson showed up on time and showed us immediately what had happened. Jayson then took a long time explaining all of our options and showing us various alternatives, each time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. He then performed the chosen repair option and completed the job within the time he said it would take, even though he unexpectedly had to re-balance the door. In addition, rather than just leave us with manuals, he offered to and did, re-sync the new remotes and our car links to the new system he installed, for no extra charge. The new motor and hardware is now functioning perfectly. After this service, I would not call anyone else for garage door repair.

The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame that was given to me by the dispatcher. The technician explained the three options that would be available to accomplish the job. The repair/replacement job was done to my satisfaction although I think the total bill was very expensive

Everything about Precision has been excellent. Really take care of business. Website very informative. Like that they identify who will be your service person with a photograph. Jaysen performed our garage door repair yesterday. Most professional. Explained exactly what was wrong, options to correct it (including pricing), got to work on it, completed the job and now garage door works perfectly. Price seemed most fair. Very pleased with everything!
