Colt responded to my rental property. Tenant reported a malfunction with garage door. Door was operating fine when Colt inspected it. Colt called me and thoroughly explained everything. I was not charge for the service call. I was very impressed with the service & that I was not charged. I will definitely use this service in the future.

Both my remotes and keypad for my garage door opener suddenly started acting up - sporadically not opening or not closing the garage door. I thought they were the problem. I'm a handy guy and a computer geek at that, so after much troubleshooting on my own which included calls to the manufacturer and ordering new remotes (which also didn't work), I called Precision. After even more troubleshooting with Eric P., it was determined that the logic board in the door opener was faulty. Sadly, I was going to have to replace the garage door opener. Happily, however, Eric was able to do just that (surprise) and now I have a quieter opener than my previous one and one that's more powerful as well. Plus, the keypad and remotes all work great, I have WiFi access too, and both our cars can open the garage door! (Oh, did I mention that that was sporadically a problem too?). Eric was great, explained everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Lifetime warranty on the product (Liftmaster 8550WLB). Very satisfied. I'd call them again, though I hope I don't have to.

Our townhouse complex has old-fashioned heavy wooden doors that get saturated with moisture during rainy weather and make it difficult for the garage door opener to lift. Precision sent a technician to my home within an hour of my call. Evan was professional, friendly and had my opener repaired and working better than ever in just a short time. (And he strictly adhered to all COVID-19 protocols, which I greatly appreciated.) I will absolutely use Precision again should the need arise.

Russ & Trevor were extremely professional plus both have good sense of humor. They called to advise me of arrival time within 1/2 hour of being in the driveway. Russ provided me with a detailed overview of the repair as well as some preventive maintenance ideas that could extend the life of the garage door. Had a major malfunction with my garage door. Called these folks late on a Sunday and they were out on Monday morning. Their technician, Eric, was great. Very knowledgeable of the product and the installation. He worked fast and was able to install an entire new system inside of a couple hours and left the place clean. I'm very happy with the work and the price. I highly recommend!

Erick was prompt in determined what had happened with our garage door, once he was able to opened up, he showed us where the issues were and he also noticed other issues that needed to be taken care of. Once the price of all necessary work was explained he proceeded to start working on the repairs and in less than the estimated time, our garage was working again. He was polite, friendly and efficient.
